Victoria slowly reacted after Sia was gone. Oscar worriedly looked at her. Victoria's eyes trailed over the words written in the letter. She read that letter that she forced herself to forget. Reading what she wrote, tears fell out of her eyes. Only now, after everything got sorted out did she realise how cruel she was. How cruel her words were. All she had to say was that. She didn't even thank them for bringing her up. All she did was apologise and inform them of her departure.

The heck! Her words were so harsh and so demanding. How... How could she be so cruel?! Why did she have to leave such a bad letter? Couldn't she have politely said those things? Even if she had to leave, couldn't she properly and politely apologise and thank them for everything? How can someone as unfilial as her exist in this world? What has she not received in her life? Whether it was material things or love, her parents gave her everything. Every single thing. No matter how demanding it was, they always listened to her. And she on the other hand...

Oscar saw her emotions going out of control and quickly took her in his arms. He gently rubbed her shoulders and tried to comfort her.

" It's okay. It's okay. It's all in the past. We can still make up for it from now on. Don't cry, hmm?" Oscar turned her towards him and wiped her tears.

" I was cruel, right?" She asked while crying.

" No. It's just that, you were not so well at that time. A lot was happening. You couldn't be blamed for that."

" B-But I was cruel... "

Oscar hugged her seeing her cry so bad. He continuously consoled her saying it is okay and all. But when after a while, she was still not feeling well, he said.

" Then we will just wipe it out, okay? We will just put this out of our life. Come with me."

Oscar got up and gently held her by the shoulders as he supported her to walk downstairs. They had an elevator there so Oscar took it as he felt Victoria wasn't in the condition to walk the stairs right now.

When they reached the living room, their family was all sitting there and chatting. Sia was slightly quiet than usual. Everyone noticed that. They also wondered why Oscar and Victoria still didn't come back yet. They just felt that it wasn't the right time to ask. Mike asked Sia in a low voice what happened but she just said that it was nothing so he shut up.

When everyone saw Victoria and Oscar walking out, they wanted to speak but shut up seeing that something was wrong. Victoria's seemed to have just cried as her eyes were still red with tears in them. Meanwhile, Oscar was holding her carefully with a worried expression on his face. They don't look well.

Seeing them walk to the kitchen, everyone was confused and worried for them. They didn't feel like asking them anything. They turned to look at Sia who was also acting a bit strange but she just stared at the backs of Oscar and Victoria with no intention to say anything.

In the end, Mike stood up and went after them. Others also felt worried and followed them. Sia didn't speak but kept her eyes on them.

Oscar took Victoria and finally reached the kitchen. Then he walked towards the stove. He switched on the stove and held Victoria's hand which was holding the letter. Carefully, taking their hands near the fire, he put it on fire.

Victoria carefully watched as the paper burned. Slowly the words were disappearing into nothingness. Like Oscar said, it was getting out of their life. It was becoming non-existent.

Meanwhile, everyone was watching from behind. Sia was also there. Andrew and Caroline were totally confused. They were also worried for Oscar and Victoria. They didn't know many details about Victoria's life. They just knew a lot happened in her life.

On the other side, as soon as Mike and Wick saw that letter, a sharp glint passed in their eyes. Their expressions suddenly turned solemn and deep. Hints of the pain left were shown in their eyes. That letter still ignited the memories of their nightmares. It was an unforgettable letter. A letter that is better to be forgotten for the best of everyone. But when they saw it burn, they felt that it was taking away the little bit of pain that was still hanging in their hearts.

Sia was distressed because of recalling all those past memories. Moreover, seeing that letter left her in a lost state. She still felt sad somewhere deep inside her heart. She realised that she never truly let go of what happened. And somewhere in her heart, she hated Victoria for leaving them so cruelly. But when she saw her crying, everything melted away and she didn't care about her pain. But it was stinging in her heart since she saw the letter.

Seeing the letter disappearing into nothingness and becoming non-existent, it really brought back the lost relief in her heart. It took away the regrets and pain in her heart. She finally let go of the past and the nightmares. Her eyes got teary and then she turned away and went back to her room.
