Chapter 132: Incapable Of Hating You.

When she got out of the lift, Oscar's assistant instantly recognised her. He was stunned for a moment but quickly got up to greet her. Victoria told him to sit back and went to his office. She knocked on the door with a mischievous smile. 

" Come in." Came Oscar's emotionless voice.

Victoria gently opened the door without making noise and smiled seeing him engrossed in his work. Men indeed look handsome while working but her Oscar looks handsome all the time to her.

" Mr Chairman, shall I bring you some coffee?" She asked with a playful smile. 

Oscar instantly looked up hearing her voice. After a moment of surprise, a smile bloomed on his handsome face as he got up and strode towards her. As soon as he reached her, he embraced her dearly. 

" What a beautiful surprise." 

Victoria's heart warmed at his words. She hugged him back just as lovingly and said.

" I missed you a lot."

" Mee too."

Then they had lunch. Oscar was unwilling to work but Victoria knew he had work to do so she told him to work. She said she would take a light nap for half an hour as she also has to go back. She just wanted to visit his office but work kept her from it and she felt bad as Oscar was anticipating that secretly.

After she fell asleep, Oscar didn't put much attention to work and gazed at her. He went back to her and lightly pecked her on the forehead. Finally, he left the space to let her have a good sleep.

Victoria went back later on. Then Oscar picked her up and they went back home together. While in the car, Oscar was hesitating to speak.

" What is it?"

" Huh?"

" You've been wanting to say something to me but you are hesitating. This has never happened before so tell me, what's wrong?" This was the first time she saw Oscar hesitating to say something to her and it kind of worried her. 

Oscar looked very nervous and words didn't seem to be able to leave his mouth. But after a while, he finally opened his mouth and said.

" Well, this weekend, I want to take you somewhere."

" Just that? Then why are you hesitating so much?!"

" You'll know when we get there."

Victoria was worried about why he was like that but she couldn't do much for him. She trusted him and loved him so she didn't care. She would accompany him anywhere without asking where and why.

Slowly the weekdays passed. With each passing day, she noticed his anxiety. He seemed to have something occupying his mind. He was a bit more clingy to her these days and didn't seem to like going to work. 

Just like that with the growing tension, the weekend finally arrived. Things were pretty normal and warm in the morning like always. Oscar made her a beautiful and heavy breakfast. Then they went to take a stroll in the garden hand in hand. It was a bit cold nowadays. 

After that, they came back. Victoria was waiting for the moment when he'll take her because she wanted to know just what was making him so anxious and afraid. But he seemed normal.

But she knew him very well. She understood he was running away. So she asked him directly.

" Let's go. You wanted to take me somewhere right?" 

" Oh that. No, I think it's better at home."

Hearing his words, Victoria stared at him silently. After just a second, Oscar averted his eyes. Victoria sighed. She stood up and went to him. Then she held his face in her hands, made him look into her eyes and told him seriously.

" Take me there. Don't worry Oscar. I told you before. I can do everything but never hate you. My love for you can never vanish."

The way he has been reacting these few days was like he was afraid of losing her. She knew him well enough to understand his actions. 

As he still didn't speak and averted his eyes again, Victoria pecked him on the lips and said again. 

" Please. Trust me okay? I don't want you to ever hesitate when you want to tell me something."

" After a long time, Oscar finally replied.

" Okay... We'll go. Just never leave me. Please. Stay by my side. You can hate me but don't ever leave me."

" I told you I am incapable of hating you, My love."
