Chapter 89: Pre-Wedding 11.

" Hello? What's up Ali? Is everything okay? Why aren't you speaking?" Levi asked worriedly as he didn't hear from Alice for almost 60 seconds.

" N-No! It's nothing!" Alice was talking with others who were telling her to do this or do that. So she replied a little flusteredly. 

" Really? I feel like something up."

" Well, I just... I-I miss you, Levi... "Alice's face was bright red. She just wanted to hide right now. She was the type of girl who was very straightforward and brave. She never lacked the courage or feared things easily. However, despite it all, she wasn't the type to be intimate in public. She would never prefer to tell her private life or intimate moments to others.

So having to do this was quite embarrassing for her. On the other side, Levi was stunned. But he also wanted to say that. He was also missing her a lot. They just got married and separated. If it wasn't for Oscar and Victoria's wedding, they would have run off to enjoy themselves. He just didn't expect that Alice would volunteer to say it.

" I miss you too... " After that, they were both silents. Alice was too embarrassed and didn't know what else to say. Levi was thinking about something. The atmosphere was ambiguous and people were looking at Alice with teasing eyes.

After a while, Levi's voice came from the other side.

" Should I... Should I come there? We'll meet secretly. I really want to see you Ali. I miss you... "

Hearing that everyone was like 'Ohhh' and Alice was stunned. And then she was all red because of embarrassment. What mess has she gotten herself into? Thats all she could say to herself. 

When she didn't reply for a while, Levi's voice came again. 

" Hello? Alice?"

" Yeah! I-I... " She stammered to answer. Of course she would sayno since its no longer a secret. 

" What's wrong? We won't get caught. We'll meet outside the hotel. I'll wait at the entrance. It's not like I am gonna spill anything so don't worry. I just want to see you. There are still so many days until wedding."

Alice was too embarrassed to look up. She avberted her gaze to the ground. Victoria also teased her. She had a smug expression and was thoroughly enjoying making her friend distressed. 

Alice was so angry she wanted to take revenge and was determined to if she gets a chance. Just then, voice came from her phone and everyone's attention was diverted.

Meanwhile, on the Levi's side, as he said that, someone suddenly put a hand on his neck from behind which caused him to lean down. He looked up surprised and saw Oscar. Oscar had a smirk on his face as he asked.

" Where are you going? To meet Alice? Don't you know you can't meet anyone from bride's side? Should I tell our buddies about your betrayal? Huh?" Oscar was making fun of Levi. He teased her.

" O-Oscar! W-What are you doing here?"

" What do you mean? I came for fresh air, of course. So? Are you going there? Tonight?"

" I-I don't know. She didn't say anything yet but... You caught me. I guess I'll have to cancel that... " Levi said. Though he didn't say it, Oscar noticed he was quite dejected. He understood his feelings too well. 

" Thanks Levi. For doing this all for me. And also for being here when I need my friend." Oscar said honestly.

" Well, I have my responsibilities towards this friendship. I won't abandon it. And don't worry, I won't spill anything. In this marriage, I am obviously on your side."

On the other side, all the crowd was hearing their conversation intently. Victoria was surprised to hear Oscars voice. Then she had a gentle gaze as she heard him out. She smiled as she missed him. 

Some people rolled their eyes at the spoiler. They wanted to enjoy more. And that's when they heard Oscar voice.

" Hehe! Since my friend is working so hard to help me, I should repay you back. I'll let you go."

" What?! Really?"

" Do I look like I'm joking? But of course, I have a condition."

" What's it?! Tell me! Don't worry! I really won't spill out anything."

Alice and Victoria were both curious and listened carefully. The crowd was also very interested in the turn of events and enjoyed themselves. Everyone still kept silent as they heard them out. That's when Oscar replied to Levi.

" My condition is... Take me with you."

Everyone's mouth hung open. Including Levi. The groom's people were daring not to meet the bride's people for the sake of this wedding but the main groom was planning to meet the bride! Oh my god!

Alice returned to her senses and instantly a mocking smirk formed on her face. She looked at Victoria. This time, it was Victoria's turn to be embarrassed.

Victoria was still in a daze. When she heard Oscar's words, she felt her heart tingle with warmth. She was also dying to meet him. When she realised that everyone heard this, her face went red. She also felt bad that now tey can't meet. Evrypne already knows this. They won;t let them meet.

" O-Oscar! You are the groom. Did you forget that? If you are caught, we are both dead!" Levi exclaimed.

" Who said we'll get caught? And who is so honest nowadays to do as they say? I want to meet Vixctoria too. I miss her... More than you miss Alice. For gods sake, I just reunited with her after a year but had to part with per. It may just be 2 weeks but I want to see her. She is careless and in this hectic routine, I am sure she neglects her health. I am worried about her. I can compromise in anything but not her health so just let me come with you. I just need 15 minutes! No! 10 minutes. 10 minutes are enough! If it wasn't for this stupid rule, I... "

Oscar stopped when he realised he was getting agitated. At first, he just wanted to teas Levi, then he wanted to meet Victoria. But he knew that it won't be easy for them to meet. So he wanted Levi to understand him.

" Sorry. I got agitated."

" No. It's okay. I'll talk to Alice about this. When we fix things, you can tell Vuictoria. We just have to be extra careful."

" Thanks."

" Don't say that. We are friends. That's what we are for." Oscar smiled.
