Chapter 120: Miracle To Love Someone.

Oscar didn't come back to the ward for almost 3 hours. Meanwhile, Victoria send everyone out and cried for a long time. After that, she folded her hands around her legs and sat in her bed staring out of the window. 

The wind was blowing gently and beautiful. The leaves were dancing along with it. The waves in the pound were gently moving in a beautiful rhythm. Seeing nature helped her calm down. This incident thought her a lot. It also gives her an idea of what their love is. It is as beautiful as heaven but it can also be as ugly as hell if something bad were to happen to anyone of them. 

She learned her lesson. Thoroughly this time and she decided that no matter how angry or frustrated she is, she won't take such actions ever again. If not for anyone else then at least for Oscar and the beautiful future she dreamed of with him. She didn't want to die so early. She had many dreams unfulfilled. She also wanted to form a small family with Oscar. She wanted to hear someone call her mother. 

Since she was young, she respected the relationship between a mother and child. It is considered to be the most beautiful and pure relationship in the world. And she has always heard that a mother loves their child above anything and everything in this world. She loves Oscar too much. On a whole different level. So she didn't know if she will be the same but one thing she knows for sure is that she would love her child enough to sacrifice her life for them without any hesitation. 

Though she doesn't know when they will arrive in this world or how they would look or what their gender would be, she subconsciously already loves them. It's so weird. It is a miracle to love someone who doesn't even exist yet. To love someone you don't know anything about, only a mother can do that. 

Three hours passed and finally, Victoria stood up. She drank a glass of water and took out her syringe. It hurt a little but didn't bleed like Oscar. She felt weak and had to take the support of things to walk to the door. When she opened the door, Mike was there. 

" Where are others?"

" They just went to eat 20 minutes ago. How are you? Do you need something? Don't get out of bed just yet. It ain't good for your health."

" It's okay. I am feeling good. Mike... Where is Oscar?"

" ...He went to take a stroll in the garden."

" Since when?"

" Since he got out."

" Oh. I will go out too."

" Wait. Let me help you."

" No. I will go alone. Don't worry it's a hospital and I am really okay. I will be back soon so nothing will happen to me."

" Well... "

Victoria went inside the elevator and went to the garden. The hospital garden was huge and beautiful. It gives fresh air and relaxes the people looking at it. It was calming to take a stroll there. She carefully looked over for Oscar but didn't see her. He must be in some corner or further away. 

Victoria didn't find him on the lawn and went to the walking areas. It circled the hospital and she couldn't see everything. She was slow as she didn't have enough energy to walk. Finally, when she walked halfway and reached the back of the hospital, under the shade of a beautiful cherry blossom tree, a man rested on his back with his eyes closed facing the wall. 

Victoria's steps halted seeing him. A gentle gaze full of love filled her eyes. His complexion was pale and he didn't look well. Victoria approached him and was just a few steps away but he didn't sense it. Usually, he had sharp senses but he looked so unwell that it was making Victoria more and more worried about him. 

Slowly without making any voice, Victoria walked toward him. When she finally approached him and was just 3 steps away from him, she called him out.

" Oscar... "

It took him a few seconds to open his eyes. Blinking his eyes twice, he looked up. Victoria was standing there in her hospital gown. He actually sensed someone approaching when she was a few steps away but he had no energy to even open his eyes. When he felt that person coming closer, he tried to open his eyes causing a frown on his face. Then he felt a familiar smell and heard her beautiful voice.
