Victoria was very tired from crying so bad. What's more, after ages, her heart actually felt empty of any repenting feelings. She felt so relieved and at peace with nature that she was drunk in her emotions.

Her eyelids were so heavy that she had a hard time keeping them open. They were still wet with her tears. Her body was all limp as she leaned against Oscar.

Oscar picked her up and kissed her over the hair with inexplicable emotions. He then took her to their bedroom. Victoria closed her eyes and leaned against his chest comfortably. She almost fell asleep.

Oscar lovingly tucked her hair behind her ears as he gazed at her. He fell in love with the way her eyelids opened and closed. Her dazzled eyes looked so amazingly beautiful to him. He loved her to no ends. When he saw her struggling to keep awake, he gently whispered to her.

" Go to sleep. I'll wake you up for dinner."

When he put her down on the bed, Victoria's mind cleared a bit. Her eyes were still heavy and half closed. When she struggled to keep awake, she heard Oscar's warm voice which warmed her heart. She somehow fought her sleepiness and sat up. Hearing his voice, her sleepy gaze cleared a bit as she looked at him.

" What's wrong? Why aren't you sleeping?" Oscar held her face in his palm and asked her.

" Nothing. Wait a minute." Victoria got up and went to the closet. Inside the huge closet, she went into her jewellery section. It was very big. Then she opened a drawer inside a cupboard and took out a photo frame-shaped jewellery box wrapped with a beautiful red ribbon. The box was coated with a white soft fur-like covering. It was very smooth and gave a pleasant feeling to the eyes.

She smiled at the box before going back to the bedroom. As she told him to wait, Oscar waited for her wondering what happened. Finally, he saw Victoria coming back with something in her hand which she was hiding behind her.

" What is it?" He smiled as he asked. Guessing that she brought a gift for him and he was right.

" A gift for you. This is my wedding gift for you."

Oscar's eyes twinkled with happiness as he awaited his gift. Regardless of what she gives, he was sure he would treasure it. It would be a very special gift to him.

Victoria sat closely beside him and wrapped her arm around him by the side. Snuggling intimately she said with an irresistible charming voice.

" Here. Congrats on your wedding." Hearing her congrats him on their wedding made him smile sweetly. She was just so amazing. Her voice was already making him go crazy.

She presented an exquisite white fur-coated jewellery box with a beautiful red ribbon wrapped around it to him as she said those words. His eyes trailed the box gently as he also hugged her back and took the box. With her in his arms, he carefully pulled the ribbon and opened the box.

When his eyes fell on the book-designed picture pendant with a classy oval diamond on it, he instantly fell in love with it. With care, he picked out the pendant and turned it around. Behind the pendant, on the plain side was his name written, 'Oscar Sebastian' in a very beautiful cursive writing.

Then he opened the locket and found it empty inside.

" Eh? Why didn't you put anything in there?"

Victoria was watching him with a love-filled smile when she heard him. Then she replied.

" It's upon you to put whoever's picture you want to in there." Hearing that, Oscar smiled helplessly.

" Fool. Ain't it obvious whose picture I want in here?" Saying that Oscar picked up his wallet from the bedside table and opened it. Then he took a passport-size picture out of it and put it inside the pendant. One side still remains empty.

Victoria saw the simple photo that she got when she had a bob cut. She was expressional and clear in her gaze. Her face was spotless and beautiful as always. With a cold yet noble vibe of hers. It had been a long time since she saw that photo again.

" When did you get this?"

" When I fell for you, I got it through my skills. It is my favourite and treasured one. I still can't forget how unique our first meeting was. Regardless, it will remain a treasured memory of mine."  Oscar reminisced their past as he spoke. He had a deep gaze in his eyes.

Victoria stared at his dazed eyes. He always manages to leave her enchanted with his words. She didn't know he kept her photo in his wallet since then.

" Show me your wallet."

" ...Okay."

Oscar passed his wallet to her. When she opened it, the first photo she saw was hers which covered all the frames in his wallet. It was her old photo that she kept in her office. It was her full-framed photo where she was leaning behind with a beautiful background.

She searched behind it and found 3-4 more photos of her hidden behind that photo. A helplessly loving smile struck her face as she looked up at him. He was really the most loving man she ever met.

Oscar was carefully looking over the pendant. He didn't miss a single detail and watched it with serious attention.

" This pendant... It doesn't look very simple. Was it specifically made for me? Did you have it custom designed for me?" He didn't have much knowledge in that area but he wasn't too ignorant of it either. Moreover, he just felt some strange closeness with the pendent and asked casually.

" Well, I made it myself with the help of a master goldsmith."

Oscar was surprised. He looked back at the pendent and after a moment, his gaze went kind of possessive and gentle as he looked at the pendant. Victoria smirked and shook her head as she got up and took the pendant from his hand. Then she leaned forward and put her left knee on the bed between his legs and carefully put the pendent on him.

After she was done, she leaned back a little, held his face with both her hands and gave him a heartfelt kiss on the forehead. Expressing just how much she loves him. Oscar could never resist her charm. He was left awestruck by her love as his eyes couldn't break away from hers.
