Chapter 64: Oscar disappeared!

Above the stairs was another room. It was a little smaller compared to the office but had a very homey feeling to it. It was a bedroom with a bathroom. There was a tv and a small kitchen. It was like a small cosy house for one person. 

It was themed white. It was all made up of glass including the ceiling. There were curtains to cover the light. She could also cover the ceiling by switching off the buttons. The design was very simple. It wasn't grand but comfortable. 

It was the best place to take a rest or if she works overtime, she could take a good rest in the bedroom.

" Thank you, Mike. I really like it. It's wonderful."

" As long as you like it, Sis."

Mike treated everyone to a feast. Then they went home. It took them a whole week to empty the old office and arrange things in this office. Finally, after the new office was set up, they held a grand opening. Mike made all the arrangements.

Wick, Sia, Mike and Victoria's best friend in whom she invested also came. Hailey, Jan and the other three were also there. Victoria smiled sincerely as she cut the red strings. Then they had a celebratory feast. Victoria showed her parents all around the office. She also met with her best friend whom she hadn't met for a long time. She was grateful to him.

It took them another week to hire more people. Finally, after 2 whole weeks, they resumed their normal life. Victoria didn't need to appear in the court yet. Her capable subordinates took good care of things. 

" Ring... Ring... "

" Hello, Mom?"

" Yes, it's me. Your dad is coming tonight. Can you come early?"

" Yes, Mom. I am free today. I will be home by 5:PM."

" That's great. I'll hang up now so finish your work soon."

" Yeah, Mom. See you soon."

" Hmm."

Victoria finished her work and checked upon others. If anyone needed help, she helped them. There were a lot of newbies who had potential and required proper guidance. Victoria makes sure to take some time for them and give them proper guidance.

She returned home at 5:PM as she said. She met her father. They talked a little and then she went to clean up. Mike was already there. Victoria also hired some maids because she didn't want to tire her mother out. Despite that, Sia usually cooks herself.

Today, Sia and Wick were making dinner together. Tough Wick was tired, he was stubborn and wanted to make dinner for them himself. He wasn't a great cook but together with Sia, they made good food.

Meanwhile, the brother and sister watched a movie. At first, they wasted a lot of time deciding what to watch but then they suddenly agreed to one. 

It was their all-time favourite anime movie. It was 'One Piece Film, Strong World.'

They loved this movie and were big fans of One Piece. Before Victoria left home, she watched One Piece together with Mike at their home cinema. They would go crazy whenever a new chapter was realised. 

They were both watching it after a long time so they were deeply engrossed in the story. When Wick and Sia were done with the cooking, they set out the table with the maid and saw them. They felt warm inside the heart. They looked at each other and smiled before Wick called out to them.

" Victoria! Mike! Foods ready. Come quickly or it will get cold."

" Coming! Just 10 minutes." 

The movie was at an intense part. Nami chooses to leave with Shiki the Golden Lion for the sake of everyone's well being. 

" Mike! Victoria! It's been more than 15 minutes. Food will really be cold now." Sia shouted out.

" Coming."

They finally stopped the movie and came to the dining table. Everyone sat down. Wich served the dishes to Victoria. While they were eating, the bell suddenly rang. There were maids around. She went to look and came back. 

" Miss Victoria, Mister and Missus Sebastian said they  are looking for you."

Everyone stopped eating and was stunned. Of course, everyone knew who they were. They were their country's wealthiest people who can affect the economy. Meanwhile, they were also Oscar's parents whom they had been with for more than 2 years yet never met his family. 

The atmosphere got a little tense as Victoria got up. She couldn't ignore the guest at door after all. Wick also got up. He was worried about why they were looking for her. Mike and Sia also wanted to know why they came. 

As they went out into the drawing-room, Mr and Mss Sebastian were already sitting on the sofas. However, one look at them and they could all say that something was wrong with them. They looked kind off mess up. 

Wick stepped forward and greeted them. 

" Hello, Mr and Mss Sebastian. What a surprise! I didn't expect to meet you like this."

" Yes. Something came up."

" Hi, uncle aunty. I heard you were looking for me? Did something happen?"

They were both silent for a while. It looked like Oscar's father was hesitating and thinking about something. As he kept his silence, Oscar's mother ignored him and suddenly came forwards toward Victoria. She asked desperately.

" Miss Victoria, is Oscar here? Did he come to you?!"

Victoria was stunned.

" What do you mean aunty? Why are you asking me where is Oscar?"

" He was always around you. Do you know where he is? Is he here?!" 

" He is not here. But what happened? Why are you... "

" Oscar... Oscar disappeared! Please... Please help me find him. He must be somewhere near you. He was always near you! Please find my son... "

Victoria was stunned. She stiffened with shock as she heard Oscar's mother. She was crying as she asked Victoria for help. His father also looked in bad condition.

" What exactly happened?" Mike asked as he was also concerned about Oscar.

" Though Oscar didn't come to meet us, we would always find him somewhere near Victoria. We always let our people keep an eye on him. But suddenly, near 3 months ago, Oscar disappeared! We looked everywhere he could be but there were no traces of him. We can't contact him! We are very worried about him. Please tell us if you saw him... Or if he ever comes by here."

" Don't worry aunty. We will look for him! Brother Oscar must be here somewhere. We will inform you as soon as we knew anything about him. Don't worry too much. He will be fine. We'll be looking out for him."

" O-Okay! Please help us... Thank you!"

Even after they left, Victoria was frozen in her place. Her face was slightly pale as the last time she met with him kept repeating in her mind. 

Sia, Wick and Mike were also overwhelmed by the news. After being with Oscar for such a long time, they didn't want anything bad to happen to him.
