Bahagya niyang iniyuko ang kanyang ulo at binigyan ako ng determinadong tingin. "What are you going to do now?"

Naramdaman ko ang pag-iba ng kulay ng aking mga mata. Itinaas ko ang aking palad at kasabay nito ay ang paglitaw ng isang ala-ala sa harap namin.

Binaba ko ang aking kamay.

Kumunot ang aking noo. Itinapat ko ang aking palad sa salamin. Nakita ko kung paano ito matunaw sa aking mga daliri. Saka ko itinabig ang aking kamay dahilan na kumalat ito at tuluyang lumaki ang ala-ala sa aming harapan.

Nawala na ang pagkaaliwalas ng domain ko dahil sa unti-unting paglabas ng itim na mist. Pinalibutan kami nito at kumapal sa hangin hanggang sa dumilim ang buong domain.

Kinuyom ko ang aking palad.

Naramdaman ko ang isang luha na tumulo mula sa aking mata nang kasunod kong marinig ang boses ni Aphrodite.

Marahan kong hinawakan ang aking pisngi.
