Jotaro was now sitting across from you and Bruno in your living room. The others had all left a bit ago after dinner at Tonio's. Santana was playing with Coco Jumbo outside.

"How bad is it?" Was the question you decided to start off with.

Jotaro winced, "It's... pretty bad."

"But what exactly happened?" Bruno felt an explanation was necessary for the both of you to better understand the situation.

"She seems to have been in a car that ended up hitting someone and she moved the body or something. There's a lot of evidence against her, but she's claiming innocence." He had only heard about it not too long ago, so he didn't know the full details yet. He was planning on looking more thoroughly into it later, when he had more time.

"Oh, okay." The situation didn't actually seem as bad as he was setting it up to be. It'd be easy to clear up her records and whatnot or even just skew the court in her favor. "Does she need a lawyer, then? I know a few really good ones."

"Or we could potentially bribe a few people to just let her off scott free." Suggested Bruno. With you being the owner of the Speedwagon Foundation and he the right hand man of Passione's Don, money really wasn't an issue.

"Yeah, that could work, too." It wasn't that unusual of a situation. From time to time, SPW members were seen by someone as they were 'taking care' of a problematic Stand user or something similar. They'd be accused of murder, but the Foundation could pull a few strings to get them out of any real trouble.

"That's..." Jotaro shook his head, "She already has a lawyer, I'm pretty sure. And the trial is later tonight. You don't need to do anything to get her out yet. Also, I'm not sure exactly what, but there's something fishy going on, I can feel it."

You nodded slowly, taking in what he was saying. "I can get someone to look into it, then. I'll have them contact you if they find anything out. Is there anything else I can do?"

Jotaro thought about it for a moment, unsure if he could really make such a request, "Could you... keep an eye on Jolyne for me?"

"Sure. I'll get someone to do that, too." You started pulling out your phone to message your buddies at the Foundation.

"No. I'm asking if you could watch over her in person. I trust you more than anyone else. So if anyone's going to be watching over my daughter, I want it to be you."

You furrowed your eyebrows in confusion, not completely sure what he meant, "So... if say, she really ends up going to prison, you want me to get myself into prison with her? To make sure she's okay?"

He nodded, "You can do that, right?"

"I don't understand. Wouldn't it be easier to just stop Jolyne from going to prison in the first place?" Inquired Bruno, his hand holding yours. "Why should (Y/N) have to go to prison when the whole situation can be prevented from happening?"

Jotaro let out a sigh, "I don't want to interfere with my daughter's life too much. I worry that might end up causing more trouble for her than good. That's why I'd rather you just keep an eye on her instead. If the Foundation discovers that something really is up, then I can just break the two of you out or something. Or if things just seem quiet for long enough, you can just leave, (Y/N). I gave my ex-wife a piece of a Stand arrow to give Jolyne if she's in trouble, anyway. So she'll probably develop a Stand to help herself if need be. She should have the potential."

"Okay..." You had made a decision, "I don't mind keeping an eye on Jolyne. It shouldn't be that hard to arrange it so I'm sent to the same prison that she is."
