You opened the door to your hotel room and shut it behind you, about ready to collapse into the comfort of your bed. Except Gyro was sitting on it with a bored expression on his face. You looked from the door to the key in your hand, wondering if you had somehow entered the wrong room.

"This room's yours." Clarified Gyro, pointing to your bags in the corner.

"Then why are you here?" You eyed him skeptically.

"I knocked, but you weren't answering. I wondered if you had gotten attacked by an enemy or something. I used Spin to unlock the door." He gestured to the area around him. "There were no signs of any kind of fight or struggle, so I assumed you just went out somewhere. I decided to wait here until you came back."

"That's... weird. But okay." You didn't really appreciate him breaking into your room, but perhaps you could've told them you were going on a walk or something.

"You're still seeing Diego, aren't you?" Gyro blurted out the only question on his mind.

You stared at him for a second, wondering if he was seriously asking that. Although, considering what you had actually been doing, perhaps it wasn't that far fetched. "No. And I'll say this again since you apparently didn't understand all the other times. I was never with Diego to begin with."

"Really? Then why are you wearing that scarf? You always have it tied around your boot." He stood up and stepped toward you. "You're obviously hiding something." He tugged off the scarf, now clearly able to see the hickeys Valentine had left. "If it's not Diego, then who is it?"

"Well..." You turned away from him, covering your neck with your hand, not wanting to meet his eyes. "I'm getting information. Let's just say I know what the President's Stand ability is. Or, at least, partially."

"What?!" Whisper shouted Gyro. He grabbed you by the shoulders. "(Y/N), don't tell me you..." He almost didn't want to finish his sentence. "...fucked the President?"

You shook your head. "It never got that far."

That seemed to ease his worries a tad. "Then all these times you split off, you were meeting with the President?"

There was a knock on the door and Johnny's voice came from the other side. "It's me. Can I come in?"

"Sure. I'll get the door for you." You opened it so he could wheel himself in. "How much did you hear?"

"Yeah, um, the walls are kinda thin, so..." Meaning he had basically heard everything. "But why? You said you were getting information, but did you really need to get it like... like that?"

You took a seat on the edge of the bed next to Gyro. "To get what I wanted from him, it was the only thing he would agree to."

"So what's his Stand ability?" Asked the Zeppeli.

"Gyro!" Johnny hadn't expected the man to just ask for it outright.

"What?" Gyro's hand settled on your shoulder again. "If she went through all this trouble, we might as well know."

You took a deep breath. "Valentine's Stand gives him the power to travel through universes and take people or things with him."

"Then..." Johnny's eyes widened as everything suddenly clicked into place. "Does that mean...?" He shook his head in utter disbelief. It was a ludicrous idea, but looking back on it, perhaps it made sense. "You're from another universe, (Y/N), aren't you? That's why it's so hard for you to go back home."
