"Where is it?" Jolyne ran along the shore, searching the water hurriedly. "We're at the beach, so where is it?!"

You were following along behind her as Wamuu carried Jotaro's unconscious body. "This Speedwagon Foundation seems to have a lot of money and technology. Maybe they'll be able to help him out somehow." You could only hope.

There was some clamour in the distance. Shouting men and barking dogs. No doubt in search of Jolyne and her father.

Jolyne waded through the water, spotting the hatch of the UUV sticking out of the sea's surface. "Everything he said was true... It's really here!"

"(Y/N)... Jotaro's pulse has stopped." Wamuu looked at you in concern, not sure what to do now. "I've tried restarting his heart but it won't work."

The dogs were now growling and yapping at all of you from the other side of the fence. The guards had yet to catch up.

"This... this is what the kid meant..." Realized Jolyne, gulping nervously, "Something worse than death..." She turned to you. "(Y/N), you should take him and get out of here. I'll distract the guards. They still don't even know you left the prison yet."

You shook your head firmly. "I'll send him off in the UUV, but I'm going back in the prison. Whitesnake didn't leave, they went further in, which means it's user must be there somewhere. I want to get my memories back. Plus, we might be able to get Jotaro's disc back, too. No. We have to get his disk back. Even if it might not bring back Jotaro, we can't leave Star Platinum in the hands of the enemy."

"I agree." Replied Jolyne, her hand moving to cover her Star birthmark along the back of her neck. "I have this bizarre sort of confidence that his body is only frozen. So if we can pop a disk back into his head, he'll be alive again." She gave you a small smile, "You should probably sneak back into the prison, then, or else you'll get solitary confinement for a while. I can handle myself. Oh!" She remembered something. "Hermès might wake up soon, too. It'd be good if she had someone to explain all this crazy shit to her. I know it helped me a lot."

She had a point. It would probably be better to not have both of you in solitary confinement. It would also make it easier for you tell the others about everything that happened. "...all right." So you opened up the hatch to the UUV. You placed the pendent in the pocket of Jotaro's coat so the Foundation would be able to locate him. Then, Wamuu placed the Kujo's body in the vehicle. As soon as the hatch closed, the UUV began to sink further into the water, disappearing from view.

"Now hurry!" Shouted Jolyne, who was unraveling herself to slip through the fence and intercept the guards.

"Dio would be much more suited for sneaking back in." Stated Wamuu, already unzipping his torso.

"Okay. Thanks for all your help, Wamuu." You untied Dio's scarf from your leg. "I know you were upset about what happen with Jotaro, but it isn't your fault. Our real problem is Whitesnake, so we'll just have to go and beat him up, yeah?"

Wamuu placed a hand on your head, grateful for your attempt to cheer him up, "Yeah."

Then he was swapped with Dio. The vampire immediately froze time.

"So you must be happy, huh?" You started making your way back to the prison during the period of frozen time. "Jotaro's basically a vegetable now."

Dio bit at the nail of his thumb pensively, "Not exactly..." He thought he'd be happy. Instead he was just left with this hollow emptiness in his chest. "Is that his daughter over there?" He could see Jolyne with her hands raised above her head, bullets redirected by her string frozen in place. Seeing her clearly for the first time, not being covered in a bunch of white goop, almost made him feel worse. Making him face to face with the fact that Jotaro was a father just like himself. So he decided to try and lighten the mood. "My son looks better."
