"Hey, guys..." You walked into the hotel room and shut the door behind yourself.
The Joestar looked up at you. "Did you find anything cool?" Johnny and Gyro were finishing up with a card game.
"There was a neat little board game shop. So I picked something up to add to the collection in the void room." You held up a game called 'Where's Johnny' so they could see. "Also, it had your name on it, so I thought I might as well." You took a seat on the edge of the bed. "Who's winning?"
Gyro stared carefully at the two cards in Johnny's hand before taking the one on the right. He slammed the pair he had made down into the center pile. "I just did." He stood up and stretched his back. "Good game, Johnny." The Zeppeli squinted at the clock on the wall. "I guess we should probably be hitting the hay now, though." He started pulling off his shirt, deciding to sleep without it on.
Johnny straightened up the deck and put the cards back into their box. He tossed it onto the pile of bags. "Okay."
"I'll get the lights." You said after everyone finished getting ready. You switched off the lamp. Then you made your way to the empty spot the others had left, which happened to be between the two of them.
Gyro may have a intended to stay awake longer, but in a few minutes he was out cold, the sound of his snoring filling the quiet room. He was holding on tightly to his teddy bear.
"Are you still awake, (Y/N)?" Asked Johnny, now that he was certain the Zeppeli was asleep.
"Yeah." You shifted a tad to face him. "Is something the matter? Is Gyro steeling too much of the blanket?"
"Nothing like that. It's just... you know... you said we would talk about it some time after the fight with Soundman."
"Oh..." You may have been trying to avoid the conversation. "You want to talk about that right now?"
He nodded firmly. "You can be honest with me. If you don't like me back you can just say it outright. I can handle it."
"It's not that I don't like you, Johnny. I think you're an amazing person. Honestly, I probably care more about you all than I probably should." You knew you were getting far too attached to people you were planning to just leave behind. It was something you had especially realized when Gyro nearly died the other day. "But... you don't really know me, Johnny. I don't think I'm the kind of person you think I am."
"Th-That's fine. I mean, isn't that why you date someone in the first place? To get to know them better?" Johnny reached over and took your hand in his. "And I really do care about you, (Y/N). Even if I don't everything about you, I do know the person I've been racing with this whole time, and she's wonderful."
"That's... very sweet of you, Johnny. But I don't even plan to stay around here, you know. I want to go back home. We may never see each other again."
"I know that... And I can tell you probably still care for your ex-boyfriend... But I don't even need you to say that you love me back. I... I just..." He paused. The time he had spent with you, despite all the bizarreness sprinkled throughout, had been some of the happiest moments of his life. "Is it okay if I just hold you for a moment?"
You opened your mouth to speak again before deciding to remain silent. Instead you slowly nodded your head. You let him hold you against himself as the two of you drifted off to sleep.
...
You woke up to find yourself sandwiched between the two men. At some point during the night, Gyro must've dropped his teddy bear and instead latched onto you as his nearest replacement.
You tried to move, but they only held you tighter. You probably wouldn't be able to move much without waking them up.
"Hmm... (Y/N)..." Gyro mumbled into your ear. You couldn't help but wonder what exactly he was dreaming about.
