One of the guards up front slid open the tiny window to shout at all the prisoners in the back, "After we cross this bridge we'll be there in about ten minutes."

"Got it." Responded the guard that was sitting on the prisoners' side, gun in hand.

The prison bus stopped briefly as they waited for the bridge to lower.

Hermès leaned over to Jolyne, surprised and maybe impressed, "How did you know we would be arriving? How did you hear the driver and the guard? Did you learn that from masturbating, too?"

You slowly turned to face the Cujoh again, not sure if you had heard the Costello correctly, "... Masturbating... too?" Was there something else she had learned from it?

Jolyne let out a nervous laugh, waving her hands in front of herself, "You must have misheard her. I-I would never do anything like that!" She didn't want you getting the wrong impression.

Hermès shook her head, "No, I distinctly remember you telling me that one of the guards saw you masturbating in your cell."

Jolyne burried her face in her hands, the tips of ears having gone red. "Just... You don't need to go around telling everyone about that..." She looked up again after a few seconds, having regained her composure, "But, now that you mention it, I do feel a bit weird. How was I able to hear them?"

"Hmm... You're an interesting person, Jolyne. I don't sense anything smart or cunning in you, though." Hermès reached over to shake Jolyne's hand, who accepted. Then she did the same to you, "There's something strange about you, too, (Y/N). I just can't quite place it."

You gave a small smile, "I... get that a lot. But you seem almost comfortable here, Hermès. Have you gone to prison before?"

The Costello leaned an arm on the backrest of her seat, "This is actually my second time. I don't know what's going to happen to me, but I do know a few things about how the place works. So let me ask you," She leaned in a bit closer to you and Jolyne, her voice now a hushed whisper, "Did you guys bring any money?"

You took a look at the view outside, spotting the establishment in the distance, "Sure, I might've."

Jolyne leaned away from Hermès, skeptical, "Why are you asking?"

"Hey, hey. This is my second time. That's why I'm kindly reminding you. We have to bring at least one hundred to two hundred dollars. If not, we'll have to take care of ourselves. If you don't have any money with you, then wait until your family visits and tell them to bring you some. You must think of a way to bring some money in. Got it?"

"Are we going to buy something in prison?" Jolyne didn't understand. "Don't tell me we have to pay for our meals. You have some money with you now? And you said you have some, too, (Y/N). Which part of your body did you hide it in?"

"Well, I wouldn't exactly say it's hidden in my body..." Your words confused the women next to you, but they didn't question you about it just yet. If you ever needed any cash, your Stand could slip you some discreetly. You were pretty sure Narancia was probably making it rain in the void room as you spoke.

"Yeah, um, I can't tell you where I've hidden it." Hermès didn't trust either of you that much.

"What do you mean by that?!" Jolyne slumped in her seat. "Hmph. You probably don't have any money with you. If you did have it, they're gonna find it when you go through checkup."

The Costello gave a loud scoff, "Jolyne, you're too naïve. If you want to smuggle money in, you first need to have a plan." Hermès looked between you and the Cujo. "I'm being honest with you guys, those prisoners inside are murderers. A world beyond your expectations."
