You sat on the bed of your current cell, staring at the blank wall. A few days had passed. As one of the few survivors of the incident back at the punishment ward, they had moved you to your own cell for further questioning. With the disappearance of so many prisoners and some of the guards, the higher ups of the prison wanted you tell them how it all happened. Or, potentially, whatever new scheme Jolyne was cooking up next.

You also hadn't seen Jolyne since the incident. Fearing that the two of you might hatch up a new plan, they decided it was in everyone's best interest to keep you far apart until they got to the bottom of the situation.

"Um... hey, (Y/N)." Emporio had exited through one of the ghost areas the moment a pair of guards strolled past your cell. Security had been a lot tighter as of late, so it had been difficult to find a good time to talk with you. He was carrying some things in his arms.

You scooted closer to the bars of your cell, "Hey, Emporio. Are the others doing all right?"

The child nodded slowly, "Yeah, they're okay. Jolyne's watching her father's disc over again. I'll try and bring that over later today so you have a chance to watch it. Thanks to Foo Fighters, Anasui isn't all that injured anymore." The pinkette was actually even a bit happy knowing that you had tried to use your blood to save him.

"Weather is... fine. Just upset that he hadn't been able to do much during your encounter with Whitesnake. Hermès is still in the medical ward. She's healing up all right." Emporio shrugged, "And that's everything, I guess. Pucci has yet to make a move, from what I've seen. I'll try to keep an eye on him and tell you if that ever changes."

"Thank you so much, Emporio. You're a big help." You wanted to show him your appreciation. The boy was only eleven years old. It was too bad he had had to spend all that time in a place like this. Once this whole mess was fixed, you'd certainly aid him in finding a way to live a more normal life. Free from the constant threat of death looming over his head.

"Oh! Also..." Emporio set down the things he had been holding. "I'm not sure how long you'll be in the cell, so I thought you might want these." He handed you the various Stand items that you had been unable to take with you to the punishment ward. "I thought you might want to have options, just in case. You never know when another Stand user will show up."

Spotting another guard about to make their way down the hall, Emporio hurriedly slipped back through the slim crack in the wall. Meanwhile, you hid the stuff beneath your mattress by the time the guard walked past.

Once they were out of sight, you brought out your Stand. "I'd say it's probably about time that you switched out, Yoshikage. Er... not that you haven't been helpful, but, you know?"

He took your hand in his, "Of course. Usually you switch out everyday so that it's more fair. The others have grown antsy while waiting. Going off the calendar, I think Kars is supposed to be today." Kira gave your knuckles a kiss while smiling at you. "I'll just wait for my turn like everybody else." He took his time unbuttoning his shirt before you swapped his tie with the hat.

Kars stood before you, eyeing you carefully. Then he sat down on the mattress and pulled you onto his lap. "You look tired, (Y/N). You aren't wasting time fretting about Dio, are you? He's a moron. There's no way his plan will succeed."

You let out a half hearted laugh, "Maybe he is. I'd say Pucci is at least a bit more level headed, though. And then there's the stupid spider. Who even knows what she's up to."

Kars combed his hands through your hair, enjoying the chance he had to be out of the void room again. "Plotting something, no doubt. Frankly, what I'm most concerned about is that after we dispose of Dio again, he'll probably return to the void room. Although... perhaps it isn't too terrible if it gives us the option to torture him for eternity."
