"Three seconds." Dio stared down at his hand while sitting next to the priest on a bench. "I can now stop time again for three seconds." His appearance had also become more similar to a teenager rather than a toddler.

"It's good to know your state... seems to be improving, Dio." Pucci spoke with heavy breaths. "Though I'm not sure if I can say the same about myself. Absorbing the green child seems to have... triggered something. Whatever it is has been incredibly taxing, energy wise. Not to say it's a bad thing. It also brings me a sense of hope."  He smiled up at the night sky. "I am sure that soon we will be able to reach the Heaven we desire."

"Heaven? That's right... I suppose that's what we're working toward." Dio's hand hovered over his, well, Jonathan's, star shaped birthmark. "And now you share this same connection. But do you feel it?" The vampire had noticed something strange.

Pucci touched the mark that had appeared on his own skin after absorbing the baby. He closed his eyes. "There's you, Jolyne, and my brother. I think... I can get a vague sense of where (Y/N) is, as well. But also..." The priest opened his eyes. "There's three more?"

"Hmm... so I wasn't imagining it." Dio already had an idea of what it could mean, but he didn't feel like saying it out loud just yet. He cared about Giorno and was happy to have him. He just wasn't sure what do with three more sons. Although, if all of them were like Giorno, it couldn't possibly be that bad.

...

"I'm sure you'll have it handled, (Y/N). I'm gonna go back to my cell." So Gwess just up and left, not wanting to deal with an enemy Stand that had already incapacitated two people she knew.

"Huh... when did you get here, Gwess?" You stood there confused, watching as the woman walked away, blatantly ignoring you.

"You know what, let's scratch the whole pen thing..." Kars dragged you back into the cell and picked up Dio's scarf. "Just listen to what I say from now on, okay? You don't need to remember anything else." He wrapped the scarf around your head, covering your eyes. "Without sight, there should be less things for you to try and remember. I'll lead you in the right direction to take care of Miu Miu. Trust me."

"Who's...?"

Before you could finish asking your question, Kars started pushing you out of the cell, speaking straight into your mind. "I want you to ignore everything else around you. Listen only to me." He placed your hand on the railing. "You're at the stairs." He took his time making sure you made it to the cafeteria.

You received several odd stares, not that you had any idea. You didn't even know where you were anymore or why you had something covering your eyes. You were just listening to Kars. Your gut told you it was the right thing to do.

He spotted Jolyne sitting alone at the table, a tray full of mashed up slop was in front of her. A blend of penne, salad, a dead roach, and an assortment of condiments. She smiled when she saw you and set down her fork after taking a bite, "Oh, (Y/N)!" She ran over, "What's with the blindfold?"

"Jolyne?" You held an arm out to her, trying to make contact. You had no idea when she got there, but Kars told you not to worry about it too much.

She grabbed ahold of your hand, looking at the words written on the back. "Hey... mine says the same thing! We can both only remember three things!" Jolyne held her arm up next to yours, rereading the string words she had sewn into her own arm, "I need to find Emporio!"

"Okay. We'll do that next, then." If Kars remembered correctly, Emporio's room was hidden in the stairs on the way to the infirmary. "For all we know, he could be in the same state you two are in." The Ultimate Being put a hand on Jolyne's shoulder and kept the other on your back.
