"Shit!" Axl Ro looked around the corner, a knife now in his hand. "A last resort, huh?" He realized the corpse was starting to be dragged into the hole further. "Hey! What are you trying to do? It's already over, Johnny Joestar! It's over for all of you! Even if you grab the corpse, you'll still be killed by the ghosts anyway."

Although, the enemy began to worry a little when the corpse's bones began to snap as it was squashed into the hole. "Bastard! Let go!" He tried to stab at Johnny's hand, but the tip of the blade chipped off. "You fucking bastard! Let go!"

"Why don't you let go?" You jabbed a steel ball into Axl Ro's face, letting it spin and twist up its skin, making it on the verge of tearing.

"Ah!" He stabbed a blade into your arm wielding the steel ball, trying to get the attack to stop. "Back off! Do you even know whose corpse this is?! You can't win!"

You grabbed his wrist and very calmly slid your arm off the knife. "Just because you can't quite die, doesn't mean you can't get hurt. Just how long do you think it'll take until you're actually begging for own demise?"

Meanwhile, Gyro was shouting at the Joestar. "Johnny, stop! Even if we lose now, the pope is looking for that corpse. It must be something important! It's wrong to destroy it! Just give it to him!"

Johnny's eyes shown with a cold determination. "If my heart is wavering, don't shoot. But I'm not wavering anymore!"

"You fucking piece of ignorant trash! You have no right to even touch this corpse! I'll teach you just how low you are!" Trying to end this before you could do something to him, Axl Ro shoved his knife wielding hand onto the hole. It was completely severed, but still managed to stab Johnny in the throat. He fell backwards, ecstatic. "I did it! I won! Rot in hell! Victory is mine!"

"Are you sure about that?" You rested a foot on the enemy's bleeding arm, applying pressure to the wound. "Do you not recall what happened when Johnny killed you?"

"Victory is ours." Johnny sat up from elsewhere, is dead body whisping away. "I made you kill me on purpose. You killed me just then with that knife of yours." Johnny smiled slightly. "Whoops. That's a sin, isn't it? Your Stand ability deals with those that are sacrificed, doesn't it? That would mean that the sins you made me bear will go right back to you! I was revived because you purified me."

The deceased soldiers let out out their ghoulish groans, crawling toward the enemy still under your foot. You gave him a smile. "I think this is quite a fitting end for you, is it not?"

"Your Stand's range only extends within this building." Spoke up Johnny. "Just let go of the corpse and leave! Or else. It'll be a piece of cake for us to just leave this building and finish you off. Victory is ours."

"One more time..." Axl Ro's remaining hand wrapped around an axe on the ground. "I'll make you kill me..." With a sudden burst of strength he pushed you off and swung the weapon at you. "Kill me and rot in hell with the rest of this trash!"

A bullet shot through his neck. He collapsed to the ground. Not dead, but severely wounded. "You're... why would you...?"

Your expression paled as you followed the line of fire. "Funny Valentine..."

He smiled at you, walking up next you so he could settle an arm around your waist. "Hello, dear. Charming day, is it not? Though I suppose it's actually nighttime right now." He glanced to the man he had shot. "Oh... You did well, Axl. I purposefully missed your vitals."

"What...?" Johnny let out a shocked gasp. "Why are you here?! Why aren't you being affected by the Stand?!"

"I saved (Y/N) from Axl, who was attacking her with an axe. It was a legitimate cause. Besides, he's still alive. He still has worth, if only for a few minutes. So Civil War cannot affect me. His sins will not be mine to bear." Valentine glanced back at you again, making sure you were still focused on himself. "You know, you can be so adorable sometimes, (Y/N)." He pinched your cheek with a gloved hand. "Asking for something to remember me by... I knew you would return my infatuation eventually. I should've brought my gift for you with me."
