"All right... Let's return to the visitor center." Pucci just turned around and headed back toward the doors. "Of course, you're free to come along, (Y/N), unless you feel like letting the rest of your teammates die."

But you didn't move any closer to him, instead keeping your eyes trained on Jolyne. Her chest was beginning to twist from where she had been hit, flesh tearing to accommodate the sudden need to turn all her insides into outsides. Her arm was also already a jumbled mess from C-Moon having grabbed at her string.

"Jolyne!" You tried to propel yourself off of some of the nearby railing to grab on to the Cujoh, but you were immediately yanked back by Anasui.

"(Y/N), you can't just go diving after her!" The pinkette didn't want to lose sight of you again, even if it meant endangering the lives of others.

"It wouldn't matter, anyway." Pucci didn't even look back. "Jolyne can no longer feel pain or have the ability to think. Her heart has turned inside out. The blood that was meant to go to her heart is flowing in the opposite direction as well." Jolyne was left falling toward a different part of the space center. "Invincibility... is that what I've obtained? Even before the coming of the new moon? But, I must remind myself that I do not desire power, but rather happiness for all of mankind. Jolyne and the other prisoners are merely sacrifices that had to be made."

"You were supposed to be free of all mortal desires." Dio recounted his criteria for having chosen Pucci to complete his plan. "Not just power. Which would include things like love or lust."

Pucci brushed the comment aside, gingerly stepping through the broken glass doors. "I don't what you could possibly be referring to."

"No! Wh-What are going to do now?!" Cried out Emporio, convinced that Jolyne was dead.

Bruno zipped down onto an intact ticket booth, setting the child back on his feet. "I presume we should follow after Jolyne. If she did survive, she will need some aide." Then he stopped talking, hearing the sound of a ringing phone.

Emporio pulled out his, confused. "A call?" But by the time he looked at the screen, the person already hung up. "Oh, they sent me a text message." He skimmed its contents before breaking into a smile. "It's Mr. Jotaro! He's nearby and he says that Jolyne is still alive!"

Bruno hung up from his phone at the same time, having received a call of his own. "Giorno's close, as well. He's met up with Jotaro already. They seem to be making their way here together."

"But if Jotaro knows..." You looked toward the doors. "That means Pucci must know as well. We have to go protect Jolyne."

Bruno held a hand out to you. "Then let's get going."

"W-Wait for me!" Anasui followed after you.

"Emporio!" You briefly looked back. "Will you be okay on your own?"

"Uh..." Emporio tightened his hold around the railing. "Sure...? I don't think Pucci is going to try and attack me. He doesn't even really know who I am or what I can do. And he's really adamant about wanting to kill Jolyne first. So if you can just get to her and stop him there, everything should be fine." But he'd start heading over if it felt like it was taking too long.

So the rest of you made your way to reunite with Jolyne.

...

"It is imperative that we find Jolyne Cujoh and finish her off." Stated Pucci, mostly to himself. "But, of course, this is all just a test for me, is it not? To prove that I am the one truly worthy of reaching Heaven. Fate is on our side, Dio, and it is above their petty feelings of justice. There is nothing in the world that can stop us." He walked past a man who had slammed against the ceiling while pleading for help.
