"Oh, (Y/N), you're so cute!" Anasui had set the wine back down in order to snuggle up against you. "I knew you really loved me! You just needed an excuse to get away from that Bruno guy, right?"
Your only goal at the moment was to buy time for the Passione group's eventual arrival. Ideally, you would also convince Anasui to rearrange your arms back normal. That way you wouldn't need to have them surgically separated or something later. Having spent your fair share of time with the pinkette, you didn't think it would be all that difficult. He really was convinced that you loved him.
Once all that was taken care of, you could figure out what to do with Anasui. To be honest, the only real reason you hadn't killed Anasui at an earlier time was because Foo Fighters had essentially died in order to save him. You didn't want to put her efforts in vain. Perhaps there was something worse than death that you could bestow upon him.
"That's right..." You leaned your head on his shoulder, mentally apologizing to Bruno. "I was with Bucciarati for ten years so I just didn't have the heart to tell him my feelings had changed upon meeting you in prison. He had already been distraught enough when I had lost my memories of him."
Anasui shook his head as he began dragging his fingers through your hair, "You're too nice sometimes, (Y/N). Which I guess isn't a bad thing. It's part of why I like you so much. Since you're able to love a murderer like me..."
You let out a strained laugh, "Yes, well, it wasn't like you killed someone I knew... And it would've been a bit hypocritical of me to judge you for killing someone right away when I've done it myself." But now you felt that you definitely knew him well enough to say you did not want to have anything to do with him.
"True, true... I suppose that must be part of why we go so well together." He held you bridal style as he stood up. "Now, why don't we go see the rest of our new home?"
"How did you find a place like this? It's very quaint." You tried to act like you were interested in the rooms he was showing off to you.
"I just sort of stumbled upon it. I think it's been abandoned for at least a few years, but I made sure to spruce it up before bringing you over." Anasui held your body tighter against himself. "And don't worry one bit about anyone trying to steal you away. You can stay right here where it's safe and sound while I take care of everyone else."
"You know..." Your gaze turned toward the kitchen. "I would love to cook something to celebrate our first night together. Ah, but I guess..." You let your voice trail off as you looked at your arms.
Anasui had to think about it, "I would really like to eat something you made for me, though I suppose it would be difficult to cook without using your arms. I also wouldn't want you to be in pain all the time because of it." And since he was so sure you actually cared about him, Anasui was convinced you wouldn't be causing him any problems.
"Diver Down!" His Stand reached through your skin, untying your arms and putting your bones back in the places they belonged.
The pinkette guided your head up to kiss him, feeling he deserved some form of repayment. To Anasui it felt like things were finally starting to go right in the world. Like he was achieving the ending he felt he deserved.
You pulled back, a smile crossing your face as you noticed a few changes in the room. It was getting stuffier than before and Anasui's appearance, though at a very slow rate, was beginning to change.
It would seem that Bucciarati's team wasn't the only one who had decided to visit Japan. La Squadra had come along for the ride as well.
