I woke up before Rhea which I hadn't done before. My shoulder was aching and side pulsating with pain because I'd been in the same position all night.
Rhea hadn't let me go. All night. Even asleep, she had this death grip around my front, and felt like she was pulling me against her.
It was really adorable to see her like that. She obviously enjoyed cuddling... I would do really well on reminding her of that whenever I can.
But the pain was getting too much. I squeezed on Rheas hand that was holding my waist. "Rhea." I whispered. She made a quiet and sleep noise, but didn't wake up. "Rhea Ripperz..." I whispered a bit louder, shaking her hand now.
"What?" She mumbled from behind me. "What did you just say?"
"Nothing." I said innocently. "My side is killing me." I tried to free from her hold.
She eventually let me go, and I rolled out of bed to stretch my body out.
Rhea looked insanely tired, rubbing her eyes and yawning. But she looked as pretty as ever. "You're so beautiful." I told her.
Rhea squinted at me. "Beautiful huh?"
I nodded, adding to it. "And very pretty."
Rhea rolled her eyes and turned over to face away from me. Like she didn't just forcefully cuddle me for 8 hours straight.
I showered and began getting ready for the live show. It was an hours drive away, so we were leaving around lunchtime to get there.
Rhea knocked on the bathroom door quickly, and I opened it for her. "Sorry, I'm just doing my hair. You can come in."
Rhea pulled her shirt off, leaving her in a black sports bra. She began pulling the large Band-Aid from her skin that was on her side.
"Let me." I flicked her hands away and started peeling it off.
Rhea really looked to me, making it obvious she didn't like that. "So fucking confident. I think it's nearly time I fuck that bratty attitude out of you." She snapped.
Trying to gather myself and stop the flushing of my cheeks, I studied the cut that was still healing. It wasn't infected though, which was good. I'd say it was on the verge to needing stitches, so it would take a bit longer to heal completely.
Rhea was looking at the cut in the mirror as I applied some more healing gel on it, then a fresh Band-Aid. "Perfect." I said, smiling at her as I finished the job.
Rhea pulled her shirt back on. She didn't say thanks or kiss me or anything, just left the room, obviously in the middle of getting ready.
Carpooling with the boys was going well until Damien and Dom broke into an argument about who would survive in a zombie apocalypse the longest. Damien reckoned he would because of how strong he was, and Dom countered that by saying how much of a space he has available for the zombies to bite him.
Rhea all but hated the conversation and was nearly falling asleep between Dom and I.
They concluded I would last the least amount of time, to which I agreed with. Finn would survive the longest, as he is the only one who's watched the entire Walking Dead series.
They were a group of children, honestly.
Arriving at the arena, we all went inside together. I still had a bit of time until I had to be out there, Jon wasn't even here yet but I'd gotten to read over the script from a very annoyed Rhea who handed it to me.
It was Dom and and Ricochet in the main event tonight. "What is it?" I asked Rhea, reading it over and not sure what she was so annoyed about.
Oh.
