Chapter 81

P.O.V/ Kim Austin:

Two weeks later..

It's been two weeks since Heather sent Shana into that empathic seizure. It was scary that it mimicked the type of seizures that I used to have making me shake violently. Then we all cast that Astral Projection spell with Lori's help and we all traveled to the inside of Shana's mind. We found her in this unknown cemetery then we saw all of those headstones with our names on them. Then Heather appeared and made the other headstones come up from the ground with everyone else's names on them. I asked Shana what did this mean? before Heather appeared but right as I said it she came. She said in that ominous tone " You're all gonna die.. every last one of you." I can still hear her voice echoing in my mind. Heather made a psionic ball of energy appear in her hand and she threw it into Shana's body forcing out that live premonition from her eyes with those purple beams. It was a premonition of the future showing all of us dying from getting our souls sucked out by the demons of the unknown. The souls were being transferred to Heather from the demons as she absorbed all of them. From what it looked like that's what was happening. The premonition shook all of us up especially Shana who said she could still feel this horrible feeling inside of her... That something is coming for us that we can't stop.. and that we all might not make it... Shana said she could sense her own death in the future and that it scared the hell out of her... I wouldn't want to be able to sense my death either because something like that is beyond scary it makes me feel glad that I'm not an Empath and it makes me feel bad for Shana because she is the one who literally feels it all and I don't see how she deals with it... But what I don't understand is Shana wasn't seen in the premonition. So does that mean that something could happen to her either before or after the Stadium? We don't know and neither does Shana but all of us are hellbent on stopping this premonition cause nobody is gonna die... I'm not losing my parents... Kyle or anyone... Heather is gonna pay for all she's done one way or another... On Boomsday we all went out to eat at Calhoun's on the river. It was Me, Kyle, Jane, Jason, Shana, Jacob, Kelly, Kat, James, Karen, Jimmy, Holly, Dakota, Julia, Declan, Kathy, Xander, Dana, Mom, Dad, Debby, Jack, Terri and Don. We all ate our food and chatted at a long table near the bar. Then at 9:30 pm, the people who run Boomsday started shooting fireworks off the Henley Street Bridge. We all stood out on the back deck of the restaurant enjoying the show. By 10:00 pm the fireworks were over so Mom, Dad, Debby, Jack, Terri, and Don all went home for the night. After they all left, Kelly said now that the old timers are gone let's go have a real party at her house. She stopped by the liquor store and bought several bottles of Mad Dog 20/20. The sight of it made me want to hurl cause last time I had a pretty rough hangover afterwards but I decided to take a chance thinking it wouldn't do me like it did last time the only reason it did was because I drank too much. But boy was I wrong... I woke up the next morning at Kelly's mansion in one of the many guest rooms with Kyle and I was not feeling good. This time I didn't drink too much. Kelly, Kyle, and I all shared about two bottles while Jane and the others shared the other bottles. My head was pounding and the sunlight bugged my eyes and I puked a few times. So I laid in the guest bed for most of the day while Kyle spent time with Kevyn but he was also coming upstairs and taking care of me, Kelly was also checking in on me a few times. Around 3:30 pm that day, I was feeling better so Kyle and I went home. Today is Monday, September 5, 1988; I'm in Financial Management with Kat. She was telling me on the way to class that she heard some of the Chemistry Professors talking about things coming up missing from the labs on Campus. Kat said she thinks those Frat guys are up to something she can feel it. After class, we are walking out the doors of Avery Hall. As we step outside we can hear people giggling. We both look up finding Karen and Holly both duct taped to the flagpole only wearing their laced bras and panties, Karen's are navy blue and Holly's are black. Kat said in surprise as we ran down to them " Karen! Holly!" Kat goes up to Karen and pulls off the tape her mouth while I do the same to Holly who winces in slight pain as I pull off the tape. Kat and I pull the tape off of them. They were both taped together around the pole. The tape left red markings all over their bodies. People are still giggling at them as Karen and Holly look away in embarrassment. Kat said to them in an intimidating tone " Keep laughing and you'll all be swallowing your teeth." They all walk away quickly. Kyle and Jason both walk up with Jane as she is shocked to see them like this. Kyle and Jason both clear their throats and politely look away as they both hand them their huge jackets. Kyle's is a black lightweight windbreaker jacket. Karen puts it on and it is a dress on her. Jason's jacket is a lightweight black leather jacket that also is very long on Holly. Kat said as she looked at them " Who did this?" she said in an angry tone. Karen's nose is pouring blood and Holly has a busted lip. Karen said, " It was those Frat fuckers.. they all ganged up me and Holly on Holt field and stripped us then they all carried us here and taped us to the pole". Holly said, " They got some of our friends too they are most likely tapped to other poles or Sculptures". Karen said to Kat " I wanted to use my powers.. but I couldn't cause there were too many of our ROTC classmates around.. I've never been so embarrassed in my whole life". She said with embarrassment. Kat said, " They ain't getting away with this". She said with an angry expression on her face. Later on that day, we are at the Student Union eating. It's Me, Kyle, Jane, Jason, Kelly, Shana, Jacob, Declan, Julia, Dana, Jimmy, Karen, and Holly when Heather walks in. She passes by our table and winks at Shana then blows a kiss as Shana flips her off. Heather said with a wink as she walked backward " I'd love to.. maybe Kim could join us". She turns around and Kelly growls as she picks up a whole red apple off the table she stands up and hurls it at the back of Heather's head like a baseball as she's standing in line. She exclaims in pain as it nails her in the back of the head. We all start laughing as Kelly laughs wickedly sitting back down. Heather turns around looking at Kelly with an evil smile. She picks up the apple and said to Kelly " Two can play that game bitch". Heather hurls the apple at Kelly right as it gets close Kelly suddenly catches it in her right hand. She smiles evilly and then tosses it in the trash can to the right in front of the long windows. Ryan and Joey walk in and whistle at Karen and Holly. Jason said to them " Keep walking jerk-offs". They walk up to Heather and she smiles evilly at Karen and Holly. Then She said to them " We enjoyed the sexy show.. you should do it again sometime". She said with a wink. Karen gets up from her chair walking up to them. Heather and the boys just laugh sarcastically at her short stature. Karen said as she stared at them with a serious look " You guys aren't getting away with that I fucking promise you". Jason and Kyle both get up and walk up to Karen standing behind her to back her up as Heather and the boys stare up at them. Heather said to Karen " Do you really think that those two giants scare me?" She said with sarcasm. I get up from my chair getting in front of Karen. I said with an intimidating stare " But I do". Ryan and Joey get a scared look in their eyes. Heather looks at them and then said " Pussies". She looked down at me and said " Let me make this clear.. I fear nobody". She said as her eyes turned red. I said to Karen, Jason, and Kyle " Go back to the table". They all walked back and I said as I stared at Heather " Your day is coming.. and I will be the last thing you ever see.. mark my words". Heather just smiles evilly at me as I turn back around and walk to the table. I sit back down between Kyle and Jane. Kat said, " That bitch has it coming". I said as I stared at Heather and she stared at me from the line " Like I said mark my words her day is coming".
