The Journey of Jake and Izzy

Izzy's third baby shoer

Izzy's POV

"Hey Jake you don't have to be here if you don't want to." I told him while he was in the middle of placing mommy to be a third time 2029 banner on me. It was blue by the way as I was now 36 weeks pregnant on June 16th 2029.

"Hey, girl." All of my female friends exclaimed as they arrived.

"Aww hi ladies how are you all doing?" I asked as they all just piled gift on the floor one by one piled up to the top.

"Ugh, you know this is a baby shower and not a funeral, right ladies?" Jake wanted to know as the ladies gave him a weird look.

"Forget him. Let's see what you girls got me!" I said as I opened all of the gifts from Winger, Pirate Princess, and Red Jessica.

From Winger, I got a blue baby bib, with a rocket on it.

"Aww, this is so cute Winger, thanks!" I thanked her.

From the rest of the girls, I got baby, shower, gift basket, a new baby hamper, diaper essential bag, a baby dressing, hooded gown that says Zack, flowers, a sanctuary spa mom to be box, Funny, decision, coins, a baby milestone journal, a baby heart care and growing kit, an elephant hooded baby towel, a baby boy wooden memories keepsake box, a footprint and handprint photo frame kit, a baby portable changing pad, a baby record and scrapbook, and an elephant baby comforter blanket.

Jasmine's POV

"OK Jasmine's turn." I said.

"Hahaha a mini Izzy." Daddy exclaimed.

"Hey, Jasmine you can wait your turn when you have kids of your own." Daddy exclaimed.

"Ooh I want to have a boy when I get older. Wait, or maybe a girl. No wait, twins!" I thought.

"Oh great our daughter is thinking about her future already." Mommy told us.

"Good luck finding your true love, Jasmine." Daddy teased as I began to blush deep red.

"I...I...uh, daddy stop it." I said as he shut his mouth.

Izzy's POV

"Okay, ladies time for baby shower games!"

"Uh, what the games, Izzy?" Red Jessica asked.

"The first one we are going to play is guess the gender." I answered.

"The purpose of this game is, you will have 50 seconds to guess what the gender of the baby is. The first person to guess the Worrect gender is the winner." I explained the game to the girls.

"Ooh can we play too Mommy?" Both Issac and Jasmine wanted to know.

"Of course you guys can your part of this family too you know." Jake said as they smiled.

"Okay, I'll go first. You are having a girl."
Winger guessed wrong.

"Nope." I told her.

"You are having twins!"  Pirate Princess guessed wrong as well.

"Uh, Jake I want to have twins next." I whispered as he froze in silence.

"Uh... no." Jake replied.

"Aww, poo." I said disappointed as we continued the game.

"Ooh, let me guess." Jasmine said as she came over to me.

"You are having a boy mommy." Jasmine got it right as Issac nodded his head in agreement.

"Yes." Jake exclaimed as he handed our kids some cute stickers and for the adults,  he gave them each of them necklaces.

Anyway, after we played more baby shower games for a little bit, Jake and I turned around and saw our kids asleep against the tree with their heads together. So, after the adults went home, Jake carried both of the kids handed Jasmine to me, while he had Issac in his arms. Once we carried them to bed, we kissed them goodnight and went into our room to have our alone time.

Jake's POV

"Hey, Izzy our little Zack is almost here, in four weeks." I told my wife." I explained.

"Yea, Jake. Oh by the way did you pack the baby bag, yet?" Izzy questioned.

"Oh, I knew I forgot something. I was too busy with your baby shower, I completely forgot. I'm sorry Izzy." I apologize.

"No need to be Jake, just do it before the day arrives, okay? Now, let's get into our PJs and got to sleep." Izzy said as we put our pjs on and went to sleep as I turned off the lights.

But unfortunately, I couldn't go to sleep, I was thinking about if Izzy will be okay once she goes into labor.

"Uh, I can't sleep." I said as Izzy woke up.

"Jake, what's wrong?" Izzy questioned.

"I'm sorry I woke you, Iz but what if something bad happens to you our our baby boy Zack. I'm scared." I asked.

"Hey, there is nothing to be scared of Zack and I will be fine. Now, try and get some rest." Izzy told me as I shut the light once more and Izzy had her head on my chest and we both fell asleep together.
