today was valentine's day.

momma dun said i didn't need to go to work today, knowing it would be hard for me without josh.

but, she still paid me.

$300, today.

a 'holiday bonus,' she called it.

so i put on one of josh's sweatshirts and went to the jewelers.

i got him a ring.

but when i returned home, there was a box on my doorstep along with a bouquet of roses.

inside was a note that reads

'tyler robert joseph,

i'm madly in love with you. you're the only reason i get out of bed. you're the only reason i smile. you're the only reason i feel worth something.

i'm going to marry you some day.

and i'm going to shout from the rooftops how in love i am with tyler robert joseph-dun.

i love you, baby.

i'll see you in a few days.

how he got the box and flowers here, i do not know.

but, that's not all.

inside was all of my favorite foods to eat while i was with joshua.

chips, candies, everything.

along with several photos we had taken during our times together, each one of them making me smile.

they all came with frames, too, so they're now placed around the house.

there was also a sweatshirt that reads 'josh's boyfren.'

he sprayed it with his cologne.

i'm never taking this thing off.

until the day we become engaged, of course.

then, it'll say 'josh's fiancé.'

and one day, it'll be 'josh's husband.'

and then we'll express love in a different way physically.

but we're saving up until that moment.

we want it to be as special as possible.

i can't wait!
