today, i went to work then participated in family game night at the dun house.
abi demanded she sit in my lap the entire time, and jordan actually wanted to be my partner.
i think i'm growing on him.
though it was clear ashley would much rather be writing. i could see it in her eyes.
she had a new idea replaying in her mind, and she was begging herself to not let it slip away.
but she wore a smile anyways.
i then told her i would roll the dice for her while she went and 'got some water.'
she returned a few minutes later with a grateful smile.
i think they all like me.
they really, really like me.
