Tyler walks up to at the Grill where you stand with Matt and Caroline helping Matt decorate the outside with Christmas decorations.
"Hey, Y/N, Matt." says Tyler as he walks up to you two
"Hey, Ty." says Matt with a smile
"Hi." You say
"Can I talk to you a minute.....alone?" asks Tyler, nervously
"Oh, um, sure." You say as you shoot a confused look to Matt who just shrugs in response
You follow Tyler to a few feet away from Matt to hear what Tyler wants.
"What's up?" You ask concern in your voice since you haven't seen the usually confident boy this nervous before
"I......uh, I just wanted to know if you would want to go out on a date with me?" asks Tyler
"I would love too." You says beaming
"Great. How about Friday?" says Tyler
"Sounds good." You say with a smile
"Five bucks." says Matt with a smirk holding his hand out to Caroline while you and Tyler chat
"Best five bucks I've spent." says Caroline not even a little annoyed she lost her bet with Matt since she found the two of you so cute
Best day ever. You thinks as you wave bye to Tyler
You head back to your two friends who immediately start teasing you but even that couldn't wipe away the smile on your face.
