(Todd x Olive)

"Todd, leave the squad alone," Olive threatened, as they stood with a quite a few distance of feet between them. They were currently in the Odd Squad warehouse, where the villain had decided to try breaking in again. He had already caused enough oddness lately, such as stealing wads of gum, turning people into lemon heads, and making the agents become invisible.

"Or what," Todd wondered, that mischievous glint in his smiling eyes.

"Or I won't hesitate to use this," Olive threatened, whipping out a white gadget.

"Yeah right, Scribbles. Haven't you done enough damage? You were the one that got me kicked off the squad," he emphasized.

Olive glanced around at the crowd that had formed, Otto swallowing hard as he took in the delicate scene.

"I don't know what you're talking about. Ms. O was the one that fired you. I tried to defend you."

"That's not how I remember it. No matter, I'm still using that as my excuse to get our squad back."

"Wait, did you just say, our squad," Olive wondered slowly.

"You're just as slow as you ever were. That's why I still call you Scribbles," Todd taunted.

There was a sudden bright, florescent blue flash, and the villain narrowly escaped a thick rope, that was meant to capture him. His cold eyes focused on the guilty agent, as his head jerked towards them.

"The first shots fired, everybody's gathered around

You're looking at me like I tried to take you down

No, no, it's not what happened at all"

*Flashback*

"Todd," Olive laughed slightly as her partner jokingly zapped a banana split onto her head.

"Scribbles, you look cute with that as a hat. Imagine how cute you'll look with a gumdrop covered suit." His eyes were alive with his passion of odd.

Olive laughed a tiny bit as she spoke at first, "Todd... You know Ms. O wouldn't approve of you doing oddness. The rule clearly states, do no odd."

"You seem to be enjoying it." He smirked faintly as he grasped his own invention.

"That's not the point. The point is, I don't want you getting in trouble," she told him, her concerned brown orbs locked on his face.

"Don't worry, Scribbles. That's not going to happen."

"Why do you call me, Scribbles, Todd," Olive curiously questioned.

"Uh, no reason, it's nothing really," he awkwardly replied, touching the back of his neck as his complexion blazed red.

Then came the day when Olive sat down to eat her sandwich, only it kept being transported away. She sighed in frustration before her partner showed up. That was the moment when it finally clicked that things were getting out of hand, and this might not just be a harmless hobby after all. But she still gave him more chances! And why?! After he left, she found out the real meaning behind his nickname of hers. It wasn't a compliment at all. She recalled what he said to one of the other agents, "You're just like your super slow partner, Scribbles." That had hurt more than any weapon could penetrate. Her heart became steel, and the barbed wires only let in the few that were trustworthy, the guards always standing by.
