Tris POV:
One week later...
I hear some gunshots go off but I'm too scared to see were it is. Tobias and madison are right next to me. Since tobias was shot he has been taking easy but he is better now. We are trying to kill the fourth leader but it's not going easy as I thought it would it would. Madison said they would be somewhere around candor but she doesn't know were. Were hiding around this brick wall because they're are a lot of dystopian leaders behind it. The snow flakes are coming down from the sky. I wish it was spring but spring is for happiness and winter is for death.
"Ready?" Madison whispers
"What?, I don't even know what I'm doing?" I whisper
"That women over there in the red long curly hair in the black lab coat and high heels that's one of the leader, If we kill her the Warriors will stop fighting" she whispers
"Okay" I whisper
"Okay let's go" she whispers
"Tobias are you sure you wanna stay out for this?" I whisper
"I'm fine tris, I can do this really" he whispers
"Okay let's go" I whisper
We walk behind the wall and we start to shoot. The dystopian warriors start to come toward us. I bolt towards the leader. I look behind me and there attacking Tobias and Madison. There's not a lot of them but there's enough, I point my gun at the leader from behind. I shoot and she falls to the ground. I hate killing people but I had to for my city. I see Madison and Tobias running toward me.
"You did it" madison says
"Yeah I did" I mumble
"What's wrong?" Tobias says
"I just hate killing people" I say
"You had to, for your city tris" she says
"Yeah tris, if you didn't we would be dead" he says
"Don't you see were killing innocent lives" I say
"Tris those leaders are not innocent, they're evil people" she says
"They have some warmth deep down inside in them and were just gonna kill them?" I say
"Tris no your wrong, they're are gonna kill us if they take over the city don't you see they want us dead" she says
"Is there a peaceful way we could do this?" I say
"No tris we tried, they want us dead so they can have chicago to all themselves" she says
"This isn't right" I say
"Tris is right were doing the right thing" he says
"By killing people?" I say in a stern voice
They don't say anything back they just frown I just shake my head. I grab my gun and walk back to the factionless building. This isn't right I know it's not. Killing people is wrong. There has to be a better way to figure this out there has to be.
