Tris POV:
I wake up to the smell of eggs, I open my eyes and I don't see that tobias is next to me. So I pull the covers off of me I brush my short hair and I get up from the bed. I grab my black robe off from the chair and I put it on me. Since it's chilly this morning it's only March right now. I walk to the kitchen and I see tobias is making brunch.
"Morning gorgeous" he says
"Hey" I say
He walks over to me and gives a kiss on my forehead. I wrap my arms around him and give him a big hug.
"What are we having this morning?" I say
"Eggs and toast" he says
"Okay" I say
I walk over to the table and I sit down. I take a sip of water out of my metal cup. Dauntless doesn't have a glass cups, there metal. Dauntless isn't fancy so. Tobias comes over and puts toast and eggs on my plate. Then he sits across from me. I take a bite of my eggs.
"So I heard Alex is coming over today?" He says
"Yeah" I mumble
"For what?" He smirks
"Ohh just girl stuff" I laugh
"What kind of girl stuff?" He says
"Okay you got me, we're just gonna plan the wedding" I say
"And you didn't tell me this why?" He says
"We're not planning it really, we're just going to talk about some ideas" I say
"Oh okay, I'm meeting with Lauren today to talk about dauntless leadership and stuff" he says
"Oooooh" I laugh
"What?" He smirks
"Oh nothing" I laugh
"Tell me tris" he laughs
"Nah" I smirk
"Tell me what were you going to say" he laughs
"Hmm I rather not" I laugh
"TELL MEEEE TRIS" he yells
"Okay okay, I was thinking maybe your gonna be offered a position or something" I say
"Oh I don't know what she's gonna tell me" he says
"Okay" I say
"Look I'm gonna get going now, so have fun with Alex today" he says
"How long are you gonna be gone?" I say
"About an hour" he says
"Okay" I say
He walks up to the counter and puts his plate on there. Then he walks over to me and kisses my cheek.
"I'll see you soon" he says
"Okay bye" I say
Then he walks out of the door then shuts it. I decide to get ready for when Alex comes over.

I'm doing the dishes, when I hear a knock on the door. I shut off the water and I open the door and its Alex.
"Hey Alex!" I say
"Hi tris" she says
"Come on in" I say
I shut the door and we walk over to the couch In the living room. We sit right across from each other.
"So what kind of dress are you wanting?" She says
"Maybe a black leather dress" I say
"Oh I have a better idea for a dress" she says
"And what would that be?" I laugh
"A black lace dress" she says
"Wow, I actually like that" I say
"Maybe we could go dress shopping soon and I could help you pick out a dress.
"I like that" I say
Maybe Alex isn't like Christiana. But she's still a friend and I feel like I can talk to her about anything I just can I don't know why. But she helped me through the war.
