Sana pout making tzuyu chuckle. She like to tease sana. Tzuyu just finish eating her ice cream and she just watching sana lick her ice cream. Tzuyu found her so cute and sana just lick her ice cream in slow motion while smile happily. Tzuyu heart flutter and as if something cross her mind. She smirk and lean her tongue licking sana ice cream. Sana startled and pout. Sana want to enjoy her ice cream that's why she lick it slow.
" Want more? i can buy you all the ice cream. Even the ice cream shop. 😎 "
Sana has finish eating her ice cream and rolled her eyes. She still pout while crossed her arms. Tzuyu chuckle. She lean forward and kiss sana forehead. Sana blush.

Sana slowly open her eyes and there she saw tzuyu holding a cake. Her favourite cake. there's something written on the cake. Tears fall down on her cheek.

Sana tears fall down because her dream come true. She nodded while tzuyu slowly put in the ring that she hold into sana finger.

Like a time ticking in slow motion, sana who have been sleeping for a week had woken up. Slowly open her eyes, she felt someone holding her hand while sleeping. She can't see the latter face.

I had woken up when i felt sana hand moving. I raised my face to look at sana and she look at me.
" Sana. Thank god you finally awake. "
I said as tears fall down on my cheek. I hug her but she back away making me frozen. Suddenly i remember that sana probably will not remember me when she wake up. Damn, it hurts me a lot. I look at her still staring at me. i slowly holding her hand.
" I'll be right back okay? "
Sana massage her head and when i was about to call doctor shin, i felt sana holding my shirt making me stop. I look at her and she look at me deeply making my heart flutter.
" Stay. My head hurts. "
She whisper. I wish i can hug her right now but im afraid she will push me a way. I nodded and sit beside sana.
" Did it hurts so much? I can call a doctor. "
Sana nodded softly and i call doctor shin. after a couple minutes, he came checking sana for awhile.
" How are you feeling? "
" I feel dizzy and weak. W-what happen to my head? "
" You had a brain cancer. It's normal for someone like you to feel dizzy and weak since you just get surgery. You had to stay here for at least a week or until you recovered. "
Sana didn't say anything. I just stay silence while listening. Sana then look at me again making me nervous and hurt at the same time.
" Do i know her? "
Doctor shin look at me and i look back sadly. I knew it will happen. i knew she will not remember me anyway. i don't know what to said and just kept silence. Doctor shin decide to break the silence.
" You really can't remember her? "
I already look down trying to holding my tears from falling down on my cheek.
