Y/N took a deep breath as her hand shook while reaching for her phone. It's been two months since she ran into Chris at the drugstore. Now, she was almost 7 month pregnant and as much as she loved all the highs and lows of being pregnant, she couldn't do it alone anymore. More importantly, she wanted her baby to have a father in their life, whether or not its parents were together. Also, she felt bad and guilty she lied to Chris. He deserved the truth. She just hoped he would give her the chance to explain.

She opened Chris' contact and clicked his phone number. She took another deep breath as she heard the phone ring. She exhaled, relieved Chris didn't answer the phone and was waiting for his voicemail message to end.

Beep.

"Chris, this is Y/N." She closed her eyes realizing of course he knew who it was as she was sure he still had her phone number. "I was hoping we could talk. Could you please call me back at your earliest convenience. Thank you and have a great day."

She groaned as she hung up the phone. "Why did I make that sound like a business call?" She asked herself. She placed her hand on her big belly and looked down at her baby bump. She let out a huge sigh she didn't realize she was holding. "Momma is just a little scared and worried to face your daddy right now."

Throughout the day, Y/N was worried and constantly stared at her phone, waiting for a response of any sort. At one point, she thought he was shutting her out completely and he wanted nothing to do with her anymore. Although she did break up with him, it still hurt to think about that. If nothing happened between them, she would be okay with it. She had to be. At this moment, all she wants is to make things work as parents. She wants their baby to have the best support system possible with a good co-parenting system.

Around dinner time, Y/N grabbed her phone and sent Chris a text message.

'Whenever you're ready, please come over. We need to talk.' She sent along with her location as she knew he didn't know where she lived now.

Chris let out a long sigh as he walked into his trailer. He was finally done filming for the day at 4AM. It had been a long and hard day filled with fighting scenes that required a lot of stunts. Chris grabbed his phone he had tucked away in a drawer in his trailer along with his keys. He was ready to go to his temporary home and go to bed. However, he froze when he saw a missed call, a voicemail, and a text message from Y/N. He ignored all the other missed notifications and immediately opened up Y/N's text message.

Without a second thought, Chris booked the next flight out to LA. He got in his truck and drove straight to the airport as his flight out of Atlanta would leave at 6AM.

The next morning, there was a knock on Y/N's front door just a little after 9AM. Her heart dropped to her stomach as she wasn't expecting anyone but she knew exactly who it was. Sure, Chris hadn't called or messaged her to let her know he was on his way, but at this point she didn't care.

She opened the front door to see a very tired and exhausted Chris. His hair was matted in every direction and he had dark circles underneath his beautiful blue eyes. "Chris, are you okay?" She immediately asked, worried about his state.

"I was in Atlanta working until 4AM when I got your messages," he started to ramble as he let himself in. "I booked the first flight out to you and left as soon as I got out of work. I slept the whole 5 hour flight to LA and-" He paused for a second as his phone rang. He groaned and turned it off knowing people back in Atlanta were calling to see why he hadn't shown up to set yet.

"You left work?" Y/N asked.

"Yes."

"In the middle of filming?"
