73 - Rewards

That evening, after eating dinner, Suga gave Kageyama the work he'd collected from his classes. Of course the setter was not happy at the sight but reluctantly said he would do it. The third year smiled before saying he had to head off home. Yamaguchi stayed a little longer, joining Tsuki and Kageyama in starting their work, but he also had to head home since his mother wanted his help.

"I'll see you tomorrow Tsuki. Bye Kageyama!"

"Bye!" they chorused as Yamaguchi left the bedroom, hearing the front door shut behind him.

Miwa had spoken to Tobio for a while, making sure he had slept well and wasn't in too much pain. She then asked more personal questions about his mental health and his relationship; after assuring her he was doing okay, she said she would ring him later and left with a loud goodbye.

When it was just the two of them, Kageyama let out a long sigh and fell back onto the floor they were all sitting on. Tsuki asked if he was okay and Kageyama said he was, but it was a lot. He wasn't that tired anymore but his headache was still present, now matter how small it was. He also didn't want to do his schoolwork.

"How about this," Tsuki began, his tone of voice catching the younger's attention, "for every question you get right I give you a kiss."

"Two kisses?"

"Fine."

Kageyama smiled and returned to his homework with renewed energy. Tsuki laughed at his antics and returned to his work too. He also put on some chill music as background noise, because once they were focused they didn't talk all that much. He settled on Love Talk by WayV. 

"Can you check these?" Kageyama asked as he slid Tsuki a piece of paper with his answers on; it was a grammar test, which he was slowly becoming alright at.

"Sure."

The younger looked around absently, humming along to the song, not really acknowledging the words. It only took Tsuki a few seconds to check them but he said they were all correct except for the fourth one.

"So I get six kisses?" 

"Yes." the older said before leaning closer to Kageyama. "One." He kissed Tobio's forehead. "Two." His left cheek. "Three." His right cheek. "Four." His nose, which made Kageyama laugh quietly. "Five." His forehead again.

"Six." Kageyama said as he kissed Tsuki's lips before grinning.

Tsuki smiled into the kiss and when they pulled apart, jokingly said Tobio was impatient.

"I am not impatient." the younger argued. "I was just taking what I won."

"Mhm." Tsuki hummed teasingly before they returned to their work.

It was once again quiet between the pair as they continued with their work, the music on loop quietly in the background. They took a short break to have some coffee- or milk in the setter's case- and muffins before changing to a new subject. For Tsuki this was history and for Kageyama it was science.

"I'm not too bad at this, right?" Kageyama asked unsurely as he let Tsuki check his equations and working out. 

"Yeah, you actually know most of the equations. It's just that sometimes you miss a step in working out the answers."

"Oh, okay. But how many did I get right?"

"None."

"What!" the younger asked with wide eyes, looking very surprised.

"I'm kidding." Tsuki said, earning him a punch in the ribs. "You got 50%."

"So if it was a test I would have passed right?"

"Yeah."

"So now I get kisses?"

"Why are you so adorable?" Tsuki muttered before he kissed the younger. "Are you still on drugs?"

"No, at least I don't think so."

"Okay okay." 

They sort of seemed to forget they were working, Kageyama ending up Tsuki's lap as they kissed. They both missed the other that day and it showed. Tsuki ran a hand up the younger's back causing a slight shiver to come over Kageyama, making him press himself closer to the blond. He tugged on the middle blocker's hair, pulling back so he could breathe for a second until the blond pulled him back in, tugging on the setter's lips to open up. He ran one hand up Kageyama's thigh making him gasp allowing him to slip his tongue in.

Kageyama quietly moaned at the grip on his thigh and pressed himself impossibly closer, Tsuki tightening his grip on the setter. He explored Kageyama's mouth with his tongue, memorising every surface and taste before pulling back and admiring the younger's flushed face. Moving to his neck, he added to the already existing love bites, loving how they covered his neck more than the bruises, but as a stranger you wouldn't be able to tell which was which.

The irregular tugs on his hair almost drove Tsuki mad, even more than the younger's moans or gasps. He smirked when he found the one particular spot that made Kageyama weak- just in front of the curve in his neck- and paid extra attention to it. The setter sighed and leant his head on the blond's shoulder, his heavy breaths heating up the older's neck every time he felt pleasure run through him.

"K-Kei..." he moaned out loud when the blond tugged on the sensitive area, "how- ah, how are you, hm, so good at t-this?"

Tsuki just hummed as he continued to abuse Kageyama's neck until he was satisfied with the red mark left there. He could hear the younger panting and when he lifted his head up, the older was pulled into an open-mouthed kiss that he readily welcomed. 

They kissed until they were out of breath, and when they pulled apart their chests rose up and down quickly.

"How about next time I mark your questions and give you kisses?" Kageyama teased before pressing a quick kiss to the back of the blond's neck, knowing he was sensitive there, and smiling at the way he bit his lip to stay quiet.

"Deal."
