94 - Party time!

Over the next few days Kageyama stayed at home whilst Tsuki continued to go to school. Most days, despite the blond's aggravation, Hinata came around and either lightly practised volleyball with Kageyama or tried and failed to study with him. Tsukishima's mother was delighted to see more people come over and one night even stole her son's phone to invite the whole team around for dinner. 

"Why did you do this? I already see them enough at school."

"But they are your friends-"

"No they aren't!"

"Yes they are! The way you and Tobio talk about them, and the way they came and visited you both, shows me that they are! And you need more people in your life."

"But-"

"You'll thank me one day." she promised with a grin before texting the groupchat a time and date.

Tsuki was definitely not impressed and sulked in the corner with a grinning Yamaguchi all evening. The team had found out that it was the middle blocker's mother inviting them through Kageyama, and the setter had promised him that it would be fun. The only upside to this was the fact that Kageyama seemed happy to spend time with the team, and seeing him smile put him in a good mood. Yamaguchi saw this and didn't hesitate to tease him about it.

"Tsuki is in love. Tsuki is in love." he said in a teasing voice, grinning and poking the blond repeatedly in the shoulder. 

"Be quiet Tadashi, I know you have a crush on someone in our team."

Yamaguchi's jaw dropped and his cheeks turned bright red. He immediately brushed it off and said he didn't like anyone, but it was obvious in his extra long looks and smiles directed at a certain small orange person that he couldn't deny it for long. Tsuki said he should take his shot and the same night he found the pair talking and laughing together on the stairs.

Kageyama sneaked up behind the blond and peered over his shoulder, making a fake gagging sound when Yamaguchi and Hinata kissed. This took the older male by surprise and Tobio laughed whilst pulling him away and into the kitchen.

"It took them long enough. But right in front of us, how dare they." the setter stated with a grin as he made them both some drinks.

"I told Yamaguchi to make his move before someone else did. Not like anyone else is into the ginger that way."

Kageyama shook his head with a small laugh before he gave the blond his drink. They made their way into the living room and found the rest of the team were playing Twister, a game Tsuki didn't know they had in the house.

"Ooh, come and play with us!" Suga encouraged with a wave. "We're gonna start a new game."

"I'll pass."

"I can't." Kageyama declined, gesturing to his ribs. "But I can call out the instructions if you'd like?"

"Sure, thanks!"

So the pair sat on the couch whilst Daichi, Suga, Noya, Tanaka, and Ennoshita all prepared to play Twister. Asahi wasn't playing as he was fearful of crushing anyone if he fell so he watched and encouraged his friends. They took turns spinning the handle and shouting instructions such as "Right hand red" or "Left foot blue", but in the end they decided to be a little mischievous and were calling out random instructions until everyone was all tangled up in each other's limbs.

"I can't move my foot to yellow!" Daichi argued. "I'll hit Noya in the face."

"It's okay, I can take it!" Noya encouraged, making Asahi voice his concern and Kageyama laugh.

Daichi frowned but slid his foot back, and Noya lifted his chin up so his foot could slide underneath him. But then a devilish smirk appeared on his face and he bit Daichi's ankle making the captain shout, lose his footing, and send the whole group falling to the floor in a mess of groans and grimaces.

"You're evil." the setter whispered to Tsuki whilst they watched their team members push themselves up off the floor only to fall over again.

"Thankyou. I try my best." 

Tobio grinned and lightly shoved his shoulder before asking if anyone wanted to play again. And surprisingly they did. He could see the blond's evil intentions in his eyes and picked up the board, ready to see Tsuki's mind in action. This would be fun.
