A gentle touch against his cheek brought feeling back to Kageyama. He subconsciously leaned closer to the touch, sensing its intentions of care. A quiet and comforting voice met his ears and he drifted off into oblivion...

An unknown amount of time later, Kageyama woke up. His eyes fluttered open and he was aware of his surroundings. He realised he was on his bed but didn't know how he got there. He could see a small light filtering through the window and raised a hand to cover his eyes.

"Rise and shine Tobio."

He moved his hand away and turned so he was on his side; looking up he saw Tsuki sitting against his headboard on his laptop.

"How-" he started to ask but cut himself off at the headache that began to form.

Tsuki noticed the setter's frown and put his laptop to the side. He helped the younger sit up and picked up the bag from the bedside.

"You saw my messages this morning right?" he asked, speaking as quietly as he could.

"Hm."

"When you didn't answer I got worried because I know you hate sending long texts. So I came over and the door was open. Your downstairs is a mess."

"I walked right past." Kageyama muttered. "I didn't want to see."

"So I came upstairs and found you passed out on the ground. You gave me a heart attack. I picked you up and lay you back on the bed but you weren't waking up. I headed out and brought some meds and stayed here all day just in case."

"What time is it?"

"2PM."

"Shit." whispered the setter before looking down at the meds Tsuki offered him.

"It's just to help with the headache. Here, you're probably dehydrated too."

Kageyama accepted the glass of water and downed the paracetamol before sighing and leaning his head back against the wall.

"I really think you should see a doctor Kags. Even when you're sleeping it's not helping so until you've sorted out whatever's wrong, sleeping pills are probably the best option. I mean, I'd stay with you but-"

"No."

"I thought you'd say that. I don't know how many times you need to hear this but you're not a burden." Tsuki explained, letting the setter cuddle closer to him and let his head rest on his shoulder.

He looked down and saw that Kageyama was looking down at their entwined hands with a thinking expression. He looked tired and sad and not what he should be. They sat in silence for a while as to not worsen the setter's headache, but when the younger's eyes began to close he suggested he go back to sleep.

Kageyama shook his head- feeling that he had slept too much- but his body felt tired and his headache was making staying awake difficult. He sighed and shut his eyes; Tsuki rearranged them so the setter was leaning against his chest and his arm was wrapped around the male's shoulders, legs tangled together. He softly hummed a song he had been listening to that morning and Kageyama gradually fell asleep...

It was late-afternoon by the time a blue pair of eyes opened again. The setter found himself lying on his bed with the covers over him. He was warm and felt like he could sleep some more but knew he had to get up or there was no chance of sleeping that night, well, even less than what was already likely. He sat up in bed and saw a note on his bedside table beside his phone:

'I saw the alarm on your phone so I've headed out to get some shopping. And no, don't feel bad. I'll also stop by Sobo's and bring something back. Take a bath and relax or something, see you later. Tsuki.'
