It had been just over two weeks since Kageyama had started living with the Tsukishimas, and it was going very well. He loved to tease Kei with Akiteru and enjoyed baking with Kei's mother. He usually spent most of the day watching anime or movies on the blond's laptop, then did as much work as he could when Tsuki came home. They then relaxed all evening or went out for a walk if Tobio was feeling up to it.

Now it was a Monday morning, the start of a new school week, and Kageyama was debating whether to go to school or not. They had gone to his house and collected his uniform so he had everything he needed. The question was would he be able to handle it?

"Everyone's gonna stare at me." the setter mumbled, his face smushed by the pillow.

Tsuki looked down at the younger, running a hand through his black locks as he had his little internal argument.

"Most likely." he agreed.

"And they'll ask questions I don't want to answer."

"You can always tell them to back the hell off."

"And the team will go crazy."

"Definitely."

Kageyama huffed before rolling onto his back and letting out a long sigh. He thought about it a little longer before deciding to screw everything and just go. Tsuki helped him with his bandages like usual. His ribs were still sore but his bruises were easing up so he stopped with the ointment. His headaches have been getting better too; he usually only had them when he was stressed or anxious about something.

"Now I'll definitely know where all the bruises are from." Tsuki joked as he looked at the setter's neck. "But nobody else will."

Kageyama tried to smile but he seemed occupied by something. Tsuki followed his gaze and saw him looking at the bandages on his wrists. He changed them every few days but he still hadn't stopped wearing them. Secretly, he sometimes thought they were the only things stopping him from doing it again, and that terrified him. When he was alone during the day sometimes his mind liked to turn against him, and he had to text Tsuki to distract him.

"Hey, only when you're ready." the blond assured, taking the setter's hands in his.

"What if I'm never ready?" Kageyama asked quietly.

"We'll get there."

"... Okay. Can I wear one of your hoodies?" the younger asked taking a hoodie off the chair, changing the subject.

"Want everyone to know you're mine?" teased Tsuki, wrapping his arms around Tobio's waist and kissing the top of his head.

"Boke." huffed Kageyama, giving the middle blocker a light push as he pulled on the hoodie over his shirt.

The blond smirked as he continued to get ready, heading down before the younger to grab them some food for dinner. Kageyama came downstairs just as Kei's mother was heading out the door.

"Oh you're going today? How wonderful! But be careful and you can come home anytime." she said with a smile, kissing his forehead before heading out.

"Shall we?" the older asked, gesturing to the open door.

"We shall." Kageyama replied seriously before they both laughed and put on their shoes.

It was a peaceful morning, usually Kageyama was never out of the house at this time. The sun was partly up so it was still a cold autumn morning; he was glad for Kei's hoodie and his scarf. The walk was peaceful and they took the time to admire their hometown; it was actually quite pretty when there were no cars nor screaming kids around.

"Do you want to go to Ukai's to get something hot?" Tsuki asked as he blew onto his cold hands.

"Definitely."

Kageyama looked down at Tsuki's hands as they walked, noticing he was not wearing gloves like he usually did when he was cold. He guessed he must have forgotten them. Or... he wouldn't? No, he totally would.

Tobio grabbed one of the blond's hands in his, looking away with a blush on his face. Tsuki grinned, not needing to look at the younger to know his cheeks were red.

"You forgot your gloves on purpose didn't you? Idiot."

"I completely forgot them on accident." Tsuki retorted but there was a smirk he couldn't hide on his face.

"Complete idiot."

"Hey."

"Stupid cold idiot."

"Tobio."

"Annoying cute stupid cold idiot."

The older couldn't help but laugh at how Kageyama was acting, and told him he looked cute whilst blushing. Kageyama scowled before taking his hand away and putting it in his pocket, walking faster to the store. Tsuki followed saying he was acting too cute, unable to help himself when Tobio was all red and angry.

"Okay, I'm sorry I'll stop."

The setter slowed down and gave the older a raised brow. He held out a pinkie with a pointed look, and Tsuki sighed before promising he would stop teasing. He didn't let go however, re-joining their hands and linking their fingers together. There were stupid small smiles on their faces.
