After everyone had talked through what had happened with Kageyama's parents, it was decided that the setter should have a few days off. And compared to the past few times, Tobio didn't refuse, and instead went right to sleep on the sofa whilst they talked about random things before lunch ended.

Tsuki noticed that Kageyama had fallen asleep curled up on the armrest, body facing the TV from watching a random reality show. He made sure to clear up their dishes and covered the rest of the food for later, before carrying the sleeping teen back upstairs.

This time Tobio was only sleep for an hour or so before he freshened up with a shower and fresh clothes. The weather was nice to take a long walk but Kageyama still felt a little uncertain about going outside, so the couple settled on playing some random card games that Tsuki had taught the younger. The blond found it very funny when Tobio tried to decipher his poker face whilst playing Chase the Ace.

"I give up!" the setter exclaimed when the older won for the third time in a row.

"I am supreme at card games. Bow down."

Kageyama glared before getting up off the floor and stretching. He looked at the clock on the wall and saw that it was 3:20PM. Wow, they had been playing for quite a while. He asked if the blond had any schoolwork to do and Tsuki said his teacher had emailed him some worksheets.

"You should get started on that. I can just do something else."

"Okay, but I am in the mood for a coffee. And some shortcake." the blond mused with a knowing look at Tobio.

It took the setter a moment to understand what the older male was alluding to, but then he nodded and went upstairs to grab a jacket. With their phones, bags and shoes, the pair began their journey into town to see their favourite café owner. The walked at a steady pace to stay warm in the cool weather, the slight breeze nipping at their ears, and Tsuki made sure to hold Tobio's hand so he felt a little safer.

In around fifteen minutes they turned down the familiar alleyway and entered the quaint café. The jingle of the doorbell made Tobio smile slightly, although he did take a small step back at the sound of thundering footsteps rushing over to them from the far kitchen.

"Sorry sorry! I've just put a fresh batch- Kei! Tobio! Oh, how lovely to see you." Sobo greeted with a warm hug. "I was beginning to think you two had forgotten about me." she teased.

"Sorry Sobo." apologised the setter.

"Life's been a little hectic recently."

"Of course, I understand. Now, your usual spot is free and I'll get your drinks."

"Thankyou." the couple said in sync before making their way to the corner booth, looking around at the quiet café as they retook in the sight.

"I forgot how nice it was here." Tobio said and the blond nodded in agreement.

"Quiet too."

"Mhm."

A few minutes later Sobo was back with their usual orders, she even gave them extra large drinks as a welcome back present. She really had missed her favourite customers.

"Caramel latte with an extra shot of coffee and strawberry shortcake for Kei. And a glass of milk and a blueberry muffin for Tobio."

"Thankyou."

"Thanks Sobo."

Tobio picked up the muffin and took a bite; it was still warm so the flavour was just the right strength. He shut his eyes and hummed in content before having another bite, not noticing Kei's loving looks from the side.

"Good?" he asked whilst sighing with content at the buzz of the coffee running through him. Was he addicted? Slightly. Did he care? No.

"Really good. Oh, remember that time when you called me a cannibal?"

"Well, you are."

Tobio just looked down at the muffin for a moment before shrugging his shoulders and taking a large bite. When he swallowed it he said that if he too was a blueberry then he must be sweet and tasty; he turned red and huffed when Tsuki agreed that he most definitely was.

"I hate you."

"Love you too."
