"Stopped avoiding me?" Tsuki asked as Kageyama slumped down next to him on the bench near the vending machine.

"Maybe." the setter huffed.

"Still mad about it?" the blond asked, genuinely surprised.

"Sort of."

"Then.... will this make you forgive me?"

Kageyama eyed the milk carton in Tsuki's hand before taking it with a small smile. He said they were okay now and the blond let out a dramatic sigh of relief that made Kageyama sigh as he took a sip of the fresh milk.

"How was class? Were you okay or..."

"It was fine, I guess. It was really boring though, and I sorta have a headache. But it's okay." the setter explained with a sigh, leaning his head back to enjoy the fresh air.

"Do you still have that anxious feeling?" asked Tsuki, joining their hands together as he took a sip of water.

"Kinda, but it's not as bad." Kageyama assured when he saw Tsuki show the faintest hints of worry in his eyes. "Um, I asked the teacher if I could spend the rest of the day in the library since I sort of... well... I was getting all panicky."

"Was it bad?" the blond asked, looking concerned now.

"No. No, it wasn't bad but my teacher noticed. They kept me back before I left for break and asked how I was. I just, well, I couldn't focus very well and sometimes I struggled to breathe. It's a good thing I'm by the window though, so I don't feel too trapped."

Tsuki was quiet for a while before saying he should have come and found him if it was bad, or gotten someone to come and get him. The setter denied this, saying he wouldn't interrupt his classes for something that wasn't that serious.

"But it is serious." Tsuki argued.

"It wasn't that bad. Really, you don't have to worry."

"But I do." the blond retorted when he saw that familiar look in Tobio's eyes: the look of feeling like a burden. "And that's not a bad thing, or an unwanted thing. Okay?"

"Okay."

Breaktime was coming to an end so they boys headed back up to their corridor slowly, weaving in and out of all the students; Tsuki made sure to look at Kageyama every so often, making sure he didn't start to panic again by being in such a confined space, but he seemed to be doing okay.

Kageyama was going to head into his classroom to grab his bag before heading to the library- making sure to get the work his teacher wanted him to beforehand- but was stopped by Tsuki before doing so.

"Wait here a second." the older said before heading down the corridor and into his own room.

The setter stopped where he was and looked out the window whilst waiting for the blond, knowing he wouldn't make him stand here for no reason. He could see the leaves falling from their trees and the distant sound of the gym being in use, the loud shouts and cheers greeting him through the partly open window. Oh, that's why it was so cold. He looked around to make sure nobody was looking before shutting the window, sighing when the breeze was blocked out.

Tsuki emerged from his room a moment later with his bag on one shoulder and a few sheets of paper in his hand. Kageyama tilted his head in confusion and the older found it quite adorable, so he said so whilst ruffling the black locks, making the setter huff and bat him away.

"What are you doing with your stuff?" the younger asked once they stopped messing around.

"Joining you in the library. And no, you can't argue, my teacher said it was a good idea."

"Hm, well if they say so then okay. Let me go and get my things."

Now it was Kageyama's turn to disappear for a second. He saw Hinata was already in his seat, since they shared the next class, and he was talking to a few of their classmates. When he saw the setter enter he asked if he was okay and then why he was getting all of his things. Kageyama explained he was a little tired so he was going to study in the library for the rest of the day.

He noticed the teacher had already put the necessary work onto his desk so he gave them a small bow of the head when he picked them up. The teacher gave him a smile and thumbs up making Kageyama smile a little. Hinata asked if he wanted any company and he said Tsukishima was already with him. This caused the ginger to raise his eyebrows and gently nudge him causing the setter to bat away the second person that day.

"Hinata boke. We're only studying."

"If you say so." the decoy replied in a teasing voice that made Kageyama whack him over the head. "Bakayama!"

Kageyama stuck out his tongue and Hinata returned the gesture, both sharing small smiles before the setter left the classroom and slid the door shut once the remaining students were inside the room.

"Shall I escort the King to the library, or does he not need a meagre peasant's help?" the blond asked as he held out his hand.

Kageyama shook his head and softly laughed before taking the older's hand in his.

"Lead the way peasant." he replied, trying to look down on him even though Tsuki was taller.

"Gladly. And off we go."

Tsuki pulled the setter along, and the pair continued to tease each other until they made it to the library.
