Synopsis:

Blaire Santiago lost her vision after a painful car accident, which also cost her parents lives and tormented her for the past three years. If she has a choice, she would gladly choose to remain blind forever rather be able to see the world once more. For the past years of being blind, she has chosen to be alone and entertain no one; she has chosen to be a blind outcast until her graduation.

But everything doesn't go according to her plan. Her entire world turned even more upside down when she met the infamous boys at Orison University, especially the young man named Noah Al'Draco, whom she had never met before.

She doesn't want to become close to anyone else, particularly him. She avoids him to not make more difficult for herself, but destiny is incredibly fickle. Despite her best efforts to avoid him, fate nevertheless brought them together.

But are they really meant to each other, or is fate just being itself? Being playful and just playing with their feelings. And they are not really meant to be, but to bring more chaos into each other's lives?

"So, who are you aside from your name?"

"No need to ask that. I'm just a nobody. Specifically, a blind outcast. I'm just here to finish my studies and be gone after that. There's nothing interesting about me. Hindi nga niya alam kung bakit hinayaan pa siyang mabuhay ng Diyos o baka parusa lang talaga ito sa kanya.

"I found it unbelievable and hard to believe. I have this gut feeling that you have a complicated yet interesting life."

He's right. She has a very complicated life but it's not interesting like he meant.

"Yeah, maybe I do have a complicated life, but... it's not interesting as what you imagine. it's surrounded by darkness, so there's nothing interesting on that. Your gut feeling was indeed wrong, Noah. I'm surrounded by the dark itself. All I see is black, pure darkness, and there's no light everywhere." There's no sign of hope.

'Full of darkness; that's why no one can see me crying and suffering, especially the pain I'm holding. I am all alone in this pitiful life with an unending sorrow.' Dugtong niya sa isipan. Ayaw niyang magpa-awa o manghingi ng simpatya sa ibang tao dahil wala parin naman mangyayari. Ganun parin ang kalalabasan. Its useless. Wala pa ring totoong nakakaunawa sa pinagdadaanan niya, even her siblings. Sapat na ang sarili niya para labanan ang sakit.

Ngunit sapat na nga ba ang sarili niya? Hanggang kailan niya matitiis ang sakit? Hanggang kailan niya kayang humawak sa lubid na unti unti na ring bumibigay?

"How can you say that my life is interesting when you can't see anything at all, even a bit?" Dagdag niya sa tinuran nang walang makuhang Sagot sa katabi.

"Well, Blaire, it's for me to keep. I'll answer your question only when you are ready to let go of the pain you are holding onto. For now, let's stay cool. After all, we're still strangers to one another.... And we still have plenty of time for that, no rush."

She heard the last sentence but she stay silent. Talagang wala siyang balak na magkwento dito at hinding hindi mangyayari yun kahit kailan.

Napahinto siya sa paglalakad dahil sa tinanong nito kayat huminto rin ang binata. What does he mean?

Bakit nito kini claim na ito ang taong yun samantalang ang narinig niya ay nasa America daw ito para magpagaling sa sakit nito. Pero ang totoo ay wala naman siyang pakialam sa taong yun o sa kumakalat na isyu tungkol sa kanya at sa taong yun.

Ni pangalan nga nito ay hindi niya alam. Ang tanging alam lang niya ay nadadawit ang pangalan niya sa panganay na anak ng owner nitong pinapasukan niya. Walang ginagawa ang may-ari ng school about sa issue na yun, ganun din si Cynthia, wala itong nababanggit kaya bakit siya mag-aabalang alamin. Hindi big deal sa kanila yun at ganun din sa kanya kahit na ito ang naging daan upang maging matiwasay kahit papaano ang pag-aaral niya sa Orison University.

"What do you mean?"

"Well, Blaire. I am the man behind those rumors. I am Noah Al'Draco. Only son of the owner of this university."
