Abuse
- Is the improper usage or treatment of a thing, often to unfairly or improperly gain benefit. Abuse can come in many forms, such as: physical or verbal maltreatment, injury, assault, violation, rape, unjust practices, crimes, or other types of aggression. To these descriptions, one can also add the Kantian notion of the wrongness of using another human being as means to an end rather than as ends in themselves. Some sources describe abuse as "socially constructed", which means there may be more or less recognition of the suffering of a victim at different times and societies.

Rape
- Rape is sexual intercourse that is forced on another without the person's consent or against the person's will. This act is criminalized throughout the United States, but the legal term for it varies from state to state. Some states label this crime as rape, while others refer to it as sexual assault, sexual battery, or criminal sexual penetration. Regardless of what a state calls this offense, however, most agree on the definition as sexual penetration or sodomy without consent.

Organization
- Organized crime is a continuing criminal enterprise that rationally works to profit from illicit activities that are often in great public demanda. Its continuing existence is maintained through corruption of public officials and the use of intimidation, threats or force to protect its operations.
What are some examples of organized crime? Organized crime can consist of drug trafficking, human trafficking, money laundering, smuggling migrants, cybercrime, and much more. An example of this might be a gang attempting to smuggle antique Mexican artifacts and illegal drugs across the border into America.
