Since my washer was technically broken due to Salem thinking Olaf needed a bubble wash. Yes, she put Olaf inside the washer and added a lot of detergent to make it seem he was in a bubble bath. There was soap everywhere. Salem claimed Olaf told her he wanted a bubble bath. I'm not going to argue with a two year old.
Now I had to come over to Delano's house to finish my laundry. And figuring since I'm here why not do the boys clothes too. When I cleaned up their rooms I took the clothes to the laundry room. Looking at Ryan's jeans and it was covered in blood. Raising my brow cause this ain't a damn nose bleed.
Feeling Delano's arms wrapping around my waist "what to bless the laundry room?".
"Umm did Ryan ever tell you about a nose bleed he had a couple of days ago?" I asked.
"Nope why?" He asked. Showing him Ryan's jeans "now that's a lot of blood from where?". Delano took the jeans and examined it "maybe they were messing with animals again".
"Really?... I see why they get over on you. They did something" I said.
"Gia, Ryan didn't do anything other than being a normal pre teen" he said. Delano can turn a blind eye to what's going on but I have to suspect the worst when our sons clothes are filled with blood.
Actually I'm just going to ask Kai when he comes home. He can't lie to me. It bothers him for some reason. Hours later both boys walked into the house. I smiled at Ryan who winked at me "Mom is home when we get home? I like that".
"Kai can I talk to you for a second?" I asked. He nodded and followed me into the laundry room.

"What's up, mom?" He asked. I should've named him Delano the second. Looking just like him. "Anyway look is there anything you want to tell me?".
He shook his head.
"I was doing laundry and Ryan's cloth was covered in blood! And I know you two are always together so you want to tell me what's going on?" I asked.
"We were playing with road kill. There was a dead rabbit on the side of road. And we thought it would be cool to dissect it" he said. Staring at him cause I had a feeling he was lying to me. "Kai?".
"Mom! I'm telling the truth" he said.
"Fine" I said. He ran out to go join Ryan in whatever he was doing. And if I ask him he's going to lie to me. Hearing the door open I heard Salem talking. Miss I broke the washer... hearing her foot steps down the hallway. I already knew where she was going. That's when I heard it "Salem stop!" Kai yelled.
Later that night... I was trying to see if those pants were going to be spotless but I wasn't too sure about that. Delano came in with no shirt on. He's trying to kill me. "I got the most interesting letter today".
"More interesting than your sons clothes being filled with blood?" I joked.
"Well yeah... it's from my dad" he said. Turning to him "Excuse me?".
"Yeah, my dad... I haven't seen him since I was three. My mom claims he left because he couldn't handle being a parent. I don't know how true that story is" he said.
"What does the letter say?" I asked.
"It says he wants to meet me. And how it's been way too long. He wants to explain to me what really happened" he said.
"Delano look our track record with people are slim. If you meet with him I hope he has your best interest at heart. And not being an asshole who's trying to destroy anything you worked hard for. We saw what your mother was really doing to you".
"No you're right! But I want to give him a shot. Maybe he could be someone who would be rooting for us. Only one way to find out" he said.
"Then go for it" I said.
"I will. I wanted to come to you first and see what your opinion would be about it" he said.
"I support you in anything you want to do" I said.
"Thank you" he smiled.
We sat there and Delano was looking over the letter over and over. My only worry is I hope this man doesn't come into his life and has an agenda instead of trying to repair their relationship. That would be the straw that broke the camels back.
"Sleeping over?" He smirked.
"Is that an open invitation?" I asked.
"Well the girls are sleeping so why move them to go to your house? Let them sleep. And you and I can sleep in my bed together" he smiled.
"Ohhh... well when you say it like that..." I got up and walked slowly to the back. He got up and smiled following me. He closed the door behind him and attacked me.
