Sitting in the bathroom just tapping my finger on the sink. No one was home but Harlow. Delano was at work and the kids were at school but Kai. He was with Delano. And Harlow was napping. So it just left me to finally take this test. Nervous as hell.
Closing my eyes... we used a condom. But my mind won't let me remember anything. It was just fuzzy from that night. Can't remember anything. Releasing a deep breath I looked over at the test.

Maybe that could explain the leg cramps. Damn the nail lady was right. Oh boy another one. Delano is going to be so happy. Smiling to myself I took the test and put it in a zip lock bag. I'll show him later when he gets home.

I brought Kai with me to work. Apparently his grade had a half day so I let him follow me. Plus, the job was having a small barbecue for lunch. "Dad? So you own half of this?" He asked.
"Yup! Half of this company is mine" I smiled.
"Cool" he smiled. I was helping with the grilling of the meat. This place had a very odd and special grilling system. Never seen one of these before. "When can we eat?" Kai asked.
"Didn't you eat breakfast?" I asked.
"Yeah but I'm hungry again" he said.
My phone went off. Ignoring it cause I was busy. Once the barbecue started most of the people came to meet Kai. The comments were exactly the same on how we look like twins. Kai was getting a little tired of hearing the same thing. But it wasn't a lie either.
My partners wife approached me "Delano thank you so much for helping out!".
"No problem" I smiled.
"Is this your son?" She asked.
I nodded "this is Kai".
"Kai? Well nice to meet you. You two are twins. But the other two girls I met look a lot different" she said.
"Oh you met Salem and Harlow? Wow, I could imagine how that went" Kai said.
"They were a little shy" she said.
Kai laughed "shy?! Salem isn't shy. Maybe Harlow but not Salem".
"Hmm... strange she was with me" she said.
"Right... I'm going to go get more juice" Kai walked away leaving me there with her "he seems delightful. How many children do you have?".
"Four" I said.
"Four?! Wow" she said.
"Yup I love children. Trying to have more" I joked.
"More? And your wife is okay with more children?" She asked.
"Not really... but it ends up happening anyway" I smiled. She nodded "well let me to see who needs more napkins". I was so happy when she walked away from me. Going in my pocket I felt my phone that's when I remembered my phone went off before. Taking it out and seeing a text. Sliding the text open I saw a picture of my wife naked in bed with another man. When I say smoke was blowing out of my ears. I felt hot and knew I was getting red. Taking off my hat I started fanning myself.
"Dad you're all red!" Kai said.
"Huh? Yeah I know I'm good" I lied. He shrugged and walked away. More pics came through. Each one I saw this man touching my wife. She laid there just allowing him to touch her!. I wanted to punch something. Looking around I saw a few people watching me. Removing myself to the bathroom I let out a roar of a scream. My face was beet red. I was steaming with anger. Gia cheated on me. Someone else touched her the way I touch her.
My anger slowly turned to tears. Why was I crying? I was angry! Very angry! I wanted to go home and kill Gia. Trying to calm down a little so Kai doesn't know something is wrong. But pics kept coming. After the barbecue I made up an excuse to leave early. I didn't want to go home and just go off.
When I got home Kai was tired so he went to take a nap. Gia came out smiling "guess what?".
Looking at her "what?". She held up a zip lock bag with a pregnancy test. I wanted to smile but how did I know it was mine. "You don't seem happy" she said. Showing her my phone she gasped. "What is this?".
"Oh my god!" She covered her mouth. Her eyes filled up with tears. "Well?".
"I'm... sorry" she said. I stared at her furious. Turning around and punching the wall. She jumped when I did that. "So to get me back you cheat on me?!".
"No! Look I don't remember anything! And I didn't do this to get you back. It just happened" she said.
"Is that baby mine?" I asked.
"Of course it is" she said.
"How can you be so sure? It could be the other man's offspring" she sighed "we used a condom". Hearing that just angered me more knowing she slept with someone else. "Gia you've done so many things but this one is the icing on the cake. I can't even look at you". I walked away leaving her there with my phone. Wanting her to see the pictures that she was in.
