RYAN POV

I woke up and walked out of my room and thought I saw my mom and dad on the couch sleeping. Rubbing my eyes to see better... there was my mom and dad on the couch together sleeping! I smiled and raced back to wake up Kai so he could see for himself.

"This better be good, I was having a good dream" he whined.

"Trust me this will be better to see" I pointed out where he should look.

"Wow! Mom and dad are together on the couch! Sleeping! Holy crap I think our plan is working" he said.

"Not yet. Levi is still in the picture. But I think Levi is pushing mom to dad and he doesn't know it" I said.

"What an idiot!" Kai said.

"But soon enough mom and dad will be together like they once were and we can be one happy family" I said. We saw them moving a little so we went back to our room with all smiles.

DELANO POV

Opening my eyes slowly I had to see my surroundings. I looked down and saw Gia sleeping. Oh that's right she came over last night due to having a panic attack. And she doesn't want to talk about it. I mean I care about her and always will but I don't want her to think she can't talk to me. Hearing Harlow cry... I quietly move Gia so I could get up. Grabbing a blanket I put it on her.

Walking to the girls room. I saw Harlow standing up in her crib crying. "Morning, pretty girl" picking her up I took her with me to make her bottle. Salem was a hard sleeper. The earth can shake and she wouldn't feel it. She gets that from her mother. Shaking the bottle so the water and formula can mix. Making sure the bottle wasn't too hot. I gave it to her and she went to town with it.

Holding her while she fed herself. Ryan came out of his room with a huge smile "morning dad".

"Morning Ryan... aren't you happy" I said.

He nodded "I saw something beautiful when I woke up"

"Yeah what did you see?" I asked.

"You and mom on the couch sleeping together. Such a beautiful scene" he said.

I nodded "you kill me. But mom came here last night because she was dealing with something. That's all nothing else happened".

"That's okay. As long as she's here with you on the couch.... together. That's all I care about" he said.

"Ryan go brush your teeth" I said. He was talking nonsense. He laughed and went to the bathroom. These boys are something else. Harlow was done so I burped her until she let a huge one loose. Salem came out her room rubbing her eyes. She looked at the couch and smiled "mommy sleeping".

"Yup she's sleeping" I said.

She kept looking over at the couch and back at me "mommy sleep here at your house?".

I nodded "what do you want for breakfast?".

"Hmm... waffles!" She said.

"Figures" I said.

"Mommy sleeping at daddy's... so are you two back together?!" She asked.

"No, Salem we aren't together. Mommy wanted to talk and we did and she fell asleep" I said.

"Oh" she frowned. Kai came out and Salem smiled again. "Kai!!" She yelled. He shook his head "dad this is your fault. I had to look like you!".

"Hey and you are one handsome boy. Thanks to me" I joked.

"Yeah but Salem won't leave me alone" he said.

"Because she loves you. Waffles for everyone but Harlow" I said. No one disagreed. So I got to making the batter for the waffles. Salem sat at the counter watching me. "Daddy I like this".

"What?" I asked.

"Mommy here... its like we are a family" she said.  I just told her it wasn't like what she thought and it's like she didn't even listen. I sighed I'm just going to listen. Gia stretched "morning guys". Salem turned "morning mommy!". Harlow was in a high chair so she wasn't by herself. She got up and walked over to us "what's for breakfast?".

"You're staying for breakfast? I wasn't sure" I said.

She nodded "I am".

"Well it's waffles. Salem's choice as always" I said.

"Figures" she said.

Setting the table because now we have another person eating today. When the waffles were one I placed it on the table. Calling Kai and Ryan to come eat. They ran to the table with smiles. "Hey mom fancy seeing you here" Kai said.

She side eyed Kai "the house was empty. It felt weird so I came here".

"Sure" He said. I stared at gia for a bit. She looks like she's still thinking of something. But I didn't want to go bring it up here in front of the kids. We enjoyed a family breakfast for the first time in a full year. When the kids were done they went to do their own thing. "Are you taking Salem and Harlow home with you?".

"Umm no let them play here for the day and I'll come and get them" she said.

"Oh okay" I said. Clearing the table... "hey let me help". She put the dishes in the sink and wiped the table down. "Gia what happened last night?".

"I was out with Levi. And I kept getting flashbacks of that party I went with Bria and she drugged me so her boyfriend could rape me".

"Are you serious?" I asked.

"Yeah... then that led to me have a full blown panic attack" she said.

"Did you tell your therapist about it?" I asked.

"No" she said.

"You need to tell her about it. If not you'll always have flashbacks about it" I said.

"Delano let's not act like you give a damn when you were the same one sleeping with Bria all this time" she said.

"Gia I know I fucked up. You don't have to keep throwing low blows every time I try and care about your wellbeing. I'm dealing with what I did everyday when I don't have my complete family here with me. Or when Salem cried that day. Everyday I deal with what I did. And I regret it. But for your well being I want you to tell your therapist about what your experiencing".

She didn't say anything. "Gia.."

"I'm going to see her today. So I'll tell her. Delano I want to hate you for what you did. But you have changed a little and it makes it hard to dislike you" she said.

"That's all part of the process" I joked.
