Salem was talking away about frozen. She made me watch it at least three time last night. I don't know what was worst. Salem singing every song or the fact I caught myself humming the song. But anything for my Salem though.
Pulling up to Gias house. Gia came outside and smiled. Salem smiled "mommy is waiting for me. Where's Harlow?". I got out and helped Salem out. Giving her a tight hug and a kiss. "So now you'll be coming over right?". She nodded "but can Harlow come too?". Gia walked over to us "come on Salem".
"Mommy where's Harlow? I told daddy about her and he wants to meet her!" She said. Gia's face was a mix of confusion and anger. She didn't say anything. "So where's Harlow?" I asked.
She sighed "well thanks to Salem she's inside". Salem pulled my arm to meet Harlow. "Salem I don't think mommy would like it I just walked inside her home". Gia cleared her throat "might as well". Salem smiled "yay! Come on daddy!" She pulled my arm. My nerves got the best of me. I didn't know what I was walking into. When I walked inside the side hallway and then the big living room. I heard a baby's laughter. Salem laughed "That's Harlow". I walked over to where she was.
"Wow" is all I could say. She's beautiful. Gia couldn't look at me. "When did you have her?".
"August first" she said.
"Hi Harlow" I said.
Salem grabbed me to go closer to Harlow "Harlow this is daddy". She smiled with her four teeth in her mouth. I couldn't say anything. Shock took over my mind and body. "See Harlow can come over too!".
"Salem I don't know about that one. Harlow is still small" Gia chimed in.
"Yeah mommy is right. When she gets bigger than she can Okay" I said. Salem nodded. "Umm Salem would you mind letting mommy and daddy talk alone?". She skipped to her room. Harlow wasn't paying us any mind. "How could you keep our daughter from me?".
"I don't know, Delano! With all that happened I wasn't thinking clearly" she said.
"You know there's one thing I cherish is our children. And you hide this one from me?! What if Salem never told me about Harlow... would you have told me?!".
"Eventually" she said.
Shaking my head "I can't believe you!".
"Oh woe is me Delano! Don't come in here acting like you're a saint. Especially after what you did. And I'm still waiting for you sign the dam divorce papers already".
I laughed "divorce papers? I'm not signing them. After you want to hide a whole baby from me. No I'm not signing it. So I guess we will stay married".
"Here we go... can't just let me have an easy anything" she said.
"No I'm not giving up on my family. We can work out what happened. I'm even going to look past the fact you hid our daughter from me. And that hurts! But I know with some counseling we can be happy again. With all of our children..."
"Delano wake up! Not happening. Blame yourself for that. We could still be married and in the same house but you chose your dick over your family".
"Gia I miss you like crazy. And I will do anything to get you back. Anything".
"Delano you need to go. I have babies to tend to" she said. "Can I hold her?" I asked. Gia motioned me to go ahead. Picking Harlow up and just holding her. She just fit right into my arm. No crying. Just smiling at me. "How old is she?".
"Ten months" she said.
"I missed ten months and the birth along with the pregnancy..."
"Wouldn't be the first time. You were MIA for Salem's birth so..."
"Touché Gia!" I said.
"Just saying. Don't come in here with that sob story of how you missed out on so much. When you missed Salem's birth because you was thinking about your dick than your daughter".
Gia was still hostile about what happened and I don't blame her. So I knew she was going to throw low blows at me. Putting Harlow down I smiled at her "daddy will see you later".
"Thank you for bringing Salem home early. She has an doctors appointment in the morning" she said.

"Right... bye" she said. I still can't believe I have a daughter whom I know nothing about but a few things. I wonder if Salem didn't tell me how long would Gia keep quiet about Harlow.
