Chapter 60

Another new part for this story, yay!I had writer's block, and I simply had trouble coming up with a new story. Anyways, please leave any suggestions below if you guys have any ideas, and let's continue this storybook!

Three months. Three months since I was in Shingo's unescapable grasp. It felt strange, and Yuzu was by my side. "Yuya, you've got to stop spacing out." Yuzu told him, and he had almost bumped into a light pole.

"Sorry, Yuzu. It's just that I was just thinking of my ex." Yuya admitted to her, and she stopped. "Yuya, you're free of that jerk. Why think of him now?" Yuzu asked her best friend, and Yuya looked away.

"I don't know. My mind and body have let him go, but my heart hasn't, and I hate it." Yuya told Yuzu, and they headed to the You Show Duel School. It was already early afternoon, but it didn't really seem like it.

Yuya couldn't focus, and he ended up taking a direct hit from Yuzu. Yuya screamed, and he couldn't get up. "Yuya!" Yuzu shouted as she went over to him, and he was unconscious. The others came over, and they took him to the spare room.

Yuya was crying in his sleep, but he didn't want to think of Shingo anymore. Yuya woke up, and he looked around the room. "Damn him. I can't believe I was ever with that jerk." Yuya said to himself.

Days passed, and Yuya had run into Shingo. Shingo immediately challenged him to a duel, but Yuya had declined. "What? Why not? Is this because we broke up?" Shingo asked Yuya. "I would say yes, but the heart wants what it wants, Shingo. Bye." Yuya told him, and he left without saying another word.
