Chapter 96

Another new part for this story, yay!I had writer's block, and I simply had trouble coming up with a new story. Anyways, please leave any suggestions below if you guys have any ideas, and let's continue this storybook!

Not everyone has their emotions showing...

Midnight came, and noises were heard. Shun was running away from Sora, and he hadn't meant to get seen. Shun had been told to investigate Sora by Reiji, and he instantly regretted it. Shun knew challenging the brat to a duel had been a mistake, and the duel was nearly over.

"Damn it..."Shun said to himself, and he spotted one last action card. Shun used it to defeat Sora, but the kid still hadn't gone down at all. "You're cornered, Kurosaki." Sora told him, and Shun really had no way to escape.

"Give up, Kurosaki. You're done for." Sora told him, and Shun had nowhere to run. A beating later, Shun woke up, but he was tied up. Sora saw that Shun had woken up, and he grinned. "Looks like the little birdie woke up." Sora told Shun, and Shun growled at him.

Shun saw that he had cuts out of nowhere, and he was bleeding out. "Oh, don't worry about those. You got those during the duel earlier." Sora told him, but honestly, Shun had gotten hit a few times by Sora's duel monsters.

Sora wanted Shun to at least show another emotion besides being serious and showing hatred in his eyes, but it was hard for him to even get this guy to smile. Two hours passed, and Sora had managed to get Shun to smile.

Shun was in pretty bad shape, but Sora didn't say a word. Shun wasn't smiling caused he wanted to. Shun had been forced, and he couldn't get the piece of metal out of his mouth.

"Much better. You're not leaving here anytime soon. This is your new bird cage from now on, Shun Kurosaki." Sora said to him, and Shun didn't even know where they were. Only thing that Shun knew is that they are near water, but that was about it.

A caged bird all alone without his songbirds beside him. "How upsetting, but so much suffering." Sora said as he took a couple photos with Shun, and he put the camera away.

"Enjoy it here while you can, little birdie. Your canary will soon come, and join you in this despair." Sora told Shun for the last time as he had left to another dimension.
