After Forever & Ever

Chapter 107

Tessa-Present

I just thought he was busy....but then I went on Instagram and saw Savannah's story and I just about lost my damn mind....

You are ignoring my calls and you are having a movie night with a girl who is clearly obsessed with you......

He finally calls me back right after his curfew and I give him a taste of his own medicine and ignore his calls a few times.

Finally I answer but I don't say anything not even hello.

"Tess...Tess hello?" He says in to the phone.

"What?" I reply annoyed.

"I know your mad I would be fucking livid if I was in your shoes....I should have told her to leave. I'm sorry. She came over uninvited with a care package and basically invited herself in and I shouldn't have let her stay. I'm so fucking sorry." He pleads in the phone.

"Why did you ignore my calls?" I ask because that's the part I'm really not understanding.

"I don't know...I fucked up. I'm sorry." He tells me.

"K." I simply reply.

"K?" He questions.

"Yep." I reply still annoyed.

"Can we FaceTime?" He asks.

"No I'm going to bed." I tell him and I hang up.

He calls back.

"What?!" I yell into the phone.

"I just wanted to say good night babe and that I love you." He says to me.

I simply reply "goodnight." and hang up.

I trust that nothing happened but I really hate that he was alone with another woman watching movies. 

I go to bed and wake up in a sweat over a horrible nightmare. I had a dream Hardin and Savannah were making out right in front of me but there was nothing I could do to stop it. 

After realizing it was just a dream it takes me a while but I fall back asleep only this nightmare is worse...he is sleeping with her and I instantly jump out of bed. Ughhhh i was hoping a good nights rest would make me less mad at him but I am only getting more mad and I know its my own head messing with me...but I am just worried that we are finally good and this girl will come between us. And she is the one who gets to spend all this time with him...and now extra time, and I have been away from him missing him for a month and a half. 

I have been back at work for about 2 weeks now...my mom watches Emery for me during the day. She has actually been a big help. Hardin calls me when I am on my way into work.

"Good morning." He says to me.

"Morning." I reply.

"Can you stop being mad at me now?" He asks in a very sweet tone.

"Can you stop having movie nights with other girls?" I ask him.

"I'm a fucking idiot I'm sorry." He replies.

"Yea you are." I reply.

"How much longer until you are at work?" He asks me.

"I'm parking now, why?" I ask him. 

"I was just wondering." He replies which confuses me.

We keep talking and its just small talk and when I get up to my office there is a huge bouquet of flowers on my desk.

"Really?" I say into the phone and he immediately knows what I am referring to.

"I was planning on getting you flowers anyways just to show you how much I am missing you...but these are I miss you flowers & I fucked up flowers....I hope you like them." He replies.
