I realize this story is not for everyone and that Hardin pissed us all off....a lot. Every time we really pulled for him and thought he got it together....he found a way to mess it up.
The reason I had his addiction resurface throughout the story was to show that it was a constant battle and that sometimes even when he wanted to be strong and wanted to not give in to his demons he just couldn't.
I know many of you were upset with the toxicity that went along with majority of their relationship. I know we rooted for Hardin so many times and we were let down.
Ultimately it was his story and his battle and we were along for the emotional ride and it didn't always make us happy. He was destructive. He gave up, we gave up on him. But ultimately he came out with exactly what he always needed which was Tessa and his family.
I know so many of you were loyal to this story from the very beginning so I really appreciate you, your support and likes and comments. There will be a Tessa future POV bonus chapter as well as a Hardin future POV chapter and please keep a continued look out for my other stories. Again thank you to all of you!
