If I could describe my perfect day....this would be it. I have loved every fucking second....even wearing the stupid baby carrier. All I ever wanted was this. Was us. Was our family. Was to be happy.

I'm on cloud fucking 9. Besides lying to Tessa about Savannah kissing me and then snapping me a picture of her laying in bed with the caption 'you could be lying right here next to me'

I should have told her the truth but I didn't want to make a bigger deal of it and cause any issues between us when everything is finally going well for us.

Plus I would never fucking go for Savannah. And unfortunately her and I still have to work together and I didn't want Tessa worrying every time we are together. I can handle Savannah and I will definitely be making it really clear that her and I will never fucking happen.

After our hike we go back to my apartment. Emery fell asleep on the ride back so we lay her down in the pack & play.

"Come here" I say to Tess after I sit down and grab her hand and pull her on top of my lap putting her knee on each side of my leg.

I take my hand and move her hair behind her ear and grab behind her neck pulling her into me.

Her lips pressed to mine feels perfect. I am loving just kissing her right now and having her on top of me.

"Your ass looks fucking amazing in these pants, I couldn't stop staring all day." I tell her squeezing her a little tighter.

She pushes her head into me embarrassed.

"Can you do something for me?" She asks.

"What?" I question kind of excited for what she's going to ask me to do to her.

"Play me something?" She says to me and I quickly get way less excited.

But okay I'll play along "what's in it for me?" I ask pulling her into me a little tighter and kissing her again.

"I don't know what do you want?" She asks.

"Hmmm...." I say out loud again very excited.

"I'm scared." She replies.

"I want you to take control." I tell her.

"What do you mean?" She asks.

"Just do whatever you want to me." I tell her.

"Ahhh I don't know you are always the one good at that." She replies.

"But it would be so hot if you took control....please Tess. I'll play you a song and then please." I practically beg actually not practically I am begging at this point.

"Okay fine, but song first." She says as she slides off of me.

"Guitar or keyboard?" I ask her.

"Ohhh I get a choice?" She asks.

"Yea whatever you want." I reply.

"Hmm okay keyboard." She answers.

Actually Vance is the one who is really good at piano and taught me to play when I was younger...it always stuck with me.

I decide to play her one of my very first songs. It's one that isn't super emotional so we can hopefully keep this mood we are on.

I start playing and I still hate singing in front of her but I made a promise and I really want her part of the deal.

She comes around as I am playing and puts her arms around my neck and kisses the side of my head.

Then she takes a seat next to me.
