eight months past and it was a week before y/n was due so her and the others were in miami because that's where her doctor was located and they were all just sitting around and talking while y/n was outside sitting down when she got a call from her mom which led to some bad words being said until y/n hung up thinking then derek came out sitting right next to her looking at her and noticing she was crying
Derek: what's wrong baby Y: nothings wrong Derek: i know you're lying Y: i said nothings wrong leave me alone Derek: you can be mad all you want but i'm not leaving until you say what's wrong Y: my moms what's wrong Derek: what happened Y: she called asking why i haven't been visiting that much and i kinda forgot to tell her i was pregnant i don't know how but it completely swept my mind so i told her while we were on the phone Derek: ok well what she say Y: none much just that she's disappointed and that i'm a hoe and she wishes i wouldn't have been dumb enough to get pregnant oh and let's not forget the part where she said i'll be a terrible mother then she hung up and i tried to text her but i'm blocked so that's what happened i'm doing great though life is going amazing Derek: one she's the only one disappointed everyone else is proud of you and you're not a hoe i'm literally the only guy you've ever slept with and you're now twenty that's more than a lot of people can say and you were happy when you got pregnant so you weren't dumb enough to get pregnant you made that choice and i've been telling you for nine months now that you're gonna be an amazing mom better than your mom ever could and will be you can't let a few words break you down when you've been hearing how amazing you are for months Y: it just sucks she's supposed to be my biggest supporter but she doesn't even like me Derek: you don't need her i'll forever be your biggest supporter and support you in anything you do she'll see how good of a mom you are and she's going to feel stupid these past months we've been proving a lot of people wrong and we're not gonna stop now Y: i just don't see what's wrong before i left she was sweet then the past months it's like she just doesn't even want anything to do with me Derek: sometimes people change y/n you should know that more than anyone Y: yea you're right Derek: ok now please stop crying Y: i will
derek hugged y/n kissing her head then once she stopped they walked inside sitting down and she laid on her side putting her head in dereks lap and he played with her hair talking to her quietly until she fell asleep
Rose: is it just me or has life been so much more drama free since i dropped luci and gigi Michelle: well you really had no other choice since they made a group and tried to jump us multiple times Rose: i just wish we could be kids again when times were easy and we didn't have to worry about losing friends when strangers came up to you willing to be friends it kind of hurts when you hear songs that remind you of the good times Michelle: yea it makes me sad but if i were still a kid i wouldn't have met you guys or got any of the opportunities i did and to be honest even if i could go back in time i don't think i would change anything because i'm happy right where i am Stoud: but i do have some regrets and it wouldn't hurt if i could go back and make some of my wrongs right Jared: i agree with that there's definitely some moments i'm not proud of Josh: but it's what makes us who we are Derek: i'm with josh on that one and some of my mistakes led me to some of the best things i could've ever asked for Mike: my mistakes led me right back to the girl who i loved from the beginning Ayaina: and i got the boy who i've loved from the beginning Kobe: and mine surprisingly led me to the toxic relationship i've been asking for Isa: and i wouldn't change that for the world Ace: see shit happens and sometimes we're not proud of it but without all of that we wouldn't be able to be here right now talking about how that made our lives so much better Michelle: i agree with my baby on this one Rose: yea i guess you guys are right Vallyk: so with all honesty what's the best thing that has ever happened to y'all Derek: mine is meeting y/n like not on any cringy shit but she has made life worth living and she's honestly the best person i could ever have by my side Isa: mine is my bundle of joy that'll be here in a month and kobe of course Ayaina: this is gonna sound so weird but mine is the night of that party and i know but without that i wouldn't have the strength to help people with similar experiences and i love hearing peoples stories of how they overcame the same thing Hunter: mine is the trip that me y/n and the boys went on the day after school ended that showed me i'll always have a family by my side whenever i need them Camilla: mine is meeting hunter he helped me out of a hard stop all i'll forever love him for that Mattia: mine is y/n introducing me to peyton when she met her she said that she was cool so she introduced me to her and i fell for her harder than i've ever fell for anyone else Peyton: mine is y/n introducing me to mattia because it showed me that love is actually real Bryce: mine is when i left luci it showed me that i don't need a girl to make me happy and i shouldn't rush a relationship because when the time is right the person for me will be there Vallyk: mine is meeting you guys this group is the best one i've ever been in and i finally feel like a belong
