Chapter 166

Maddy walked out of the bathroom..... feeling much better.

"That was gross," Maddy mumbled.

Sam walked around the corner.... causing Maddy to jump.

"GEEZ! You scared me," Maddy gasped.

"Sorry! I saw you rush inside.... wanted to make sure you were okay," Sam smiled.

"I-I'm fine. Just got sick all of sudden," Maddy sighed.

"Are you sure you aren't pregnant?" Sam asked.

"I mean it could be possible.... I should probably go see Tony," Maddy said.

"Why not take a test?" Sam asked.

"Sam.... I'm a super soldier, those won't work," Maddy laughed.

"Right," Sam said.

"Did pigeon man forget?!" Maddy asked.

"I see the nickname is still a thing, and no I didn't forget..... I just thought it would work," Sam replied.

"Do you want me to go get Bucky?" Sam asked.

"I don't want to bother him.... him and James are finally bonding," Maddy said.

"Want me to come with you?" Sam asked.

"As much as I would appreciate that... I think you should stay here," Maddy replied.

Sam nodded and walked away.

Maddy leaned against the wall.... taking a deep breath, before pushing herself off.

Maddy walked up the porch of Tony's house.... before she could reach the door, someone called her name from behind.

"MADDY!" The voice called out.

She turned around.... and saw Bucky.

"Bucky? Why aren't you with James?" Maddy asked.

"Sam told me..... and if you are I want to be there, I need to be there," Bucky sighed.

Suddenly Bucky looked over Maddy's shoulder and took a step back.... which caused Maddy to turn around. She smiled when she saw Tony.

"Maddy? What are you doing here? Is James, okay?" Tony asked.

"James is okay.... he's with Sam, I'm actually here because I need a sonogram," Maddy said.

"A sonogram? What for- oh my god your pregnant!" Tony smiled.

"I think I am," Maddy shrugged.

"Alright.... let's take a look," Tony said, motioning for Maddy to follow him.

"I-Is it okay if Bucky comes inside?" Maddy asked.

"The more the merrier!" Tony smiled.

Bucky walked up to Maddy.... grabbing her hand, and they both walked inside.

Maddy jumped up onto the table.... quickly laying down.

"Okay, now just relax," Tony smiled.

Maddy nodded, lifting up her shirt and allowing Tony to take a look.

Bucky paced the room.....

Within a few moments Tony had a screen pulled up, he turned to look at Bucky and Maddy..... a smile formed on his face.

"Congratulations! You are in fact pregnant.... but by the looks of everything you are only a couple of weeks," Tony said.

Maddy sat up and smiled.... she looked at the screen and saw the tiny little human she was currently carrying.

Suddenly Bucky pulled her into a hug, she wrapped her arms around him.

"I'll give you two a moment," Tony replied, quickly disappearing.

"Maybe I shouldn't leave," Bucky mumbled, pulling away.

"No. Don't stay for me! You need to leave.... you need to better yourself," Maddy said.

"I don't wanna miss this," Bucky sighed.

"You won't! I promise," Maddy replied.

"What do you think it is?" Bucky asked.

"Well with James.... I didn't get sick, which was odd," Maddy shrugged.

"So are you saying we could be having a girl?" Bucky asked.

"Possible!" Maddy smiled.

"Oh I'm so happy!" Bucky smiled, pulling Maddy in for a kiss.

He gently cupped her face.... and placed his lips on hers, he pulled away.

"I can't wait for our family to continue to grow," Bucky said.

Maddy smiled.... happiness filled her, she loved how excited Bucky was. She was happy that she could be able to give James a sibling.... and maybe James would protest them just like Steve protected her.
