His Super Soldier // Bucky Barnes

Chapter 132

Shuri studied the hologram that was projected over her palm...she wanted to find the easiest way to take out the stone, that was in Vision.

"Whoa! The structure is polymorphic," Shuri said.

"Right, we had to attach each neuron non- sequentially," Banner replied.

"Why didn't you just reprogram the synapses to work collectively?" Shuri asked.

Everyone looked at Banner...wondering the same thing. 

"W-We didn't think of it," Banner mumbled.

"I'm sure you did your best," Shuri laughed.

"Are you able to do it?" Wanda asked.

"Yes, but there are more than two trillion neurons here! One misalignment could cause a cascade of circuit failures," Shuri sighed.

T'Challa and Shuri exchanged a look.

"It will take time, brother," Shuri frowned.

"How long?" Steve asked.

"As long as you can give me," Shuri said.

Suddenly an alarm started to go, grabbing everyone's attention...... Maddy turned to look at Steve, who was staring out the window.

"Something's entered the atmosphere," A familiar woman spoke up.

"Maddy...Go outside, and inform Bucky and Sam to get ready," Steve ordered.

"I'll go with her!" Rhodes replied. 

Maddy and Rhodes hurried out of the lab.....

"Hey , Cap....Maddy, we got a situation here," Sam said through the ear piece.

Maddy and Rhodes stumbled outside, Bucky and Sam turned to look at them.

All of a sudden a giant alien vessel crashed into the shield of the golden city...

"Wow! That was actually pretty cool," Maddy smiled.

"This is why I love this place," Bucky laughed.

More alien vessels flew around the shield city.

"Yeah! Don't start celebrating yet, guys. We got more incoming outside the dome," Rhodes sighed.

"Steve wanted me to tell you guys to get ready," Maddy said.

Bucky and Sam nodded.... loading up their guns.

"Maddy? What are you gonna do? Fight with your hands?" Rhodes asked.

"Nope," Maddy smirked.

Maddy turned around, looking at one of the guard...nodding. The guard walked over handing Maddy a gun, similar to the one Bucky had.

"You sure....you don't wanna sit this one out?" Rhodes asked.

"Why would I sit out?" Maddy asked.

"Because....you know," Rhodes sighed, looking down at her stomach.

"I'm not gonna sit out...while everyone else gets to do something," Maddy frowned.

"That's my girl!" Bucky smiled, pulling Maddy in for a quick kiss.

"Ew! Gross!" Sam frowned.

Maddy looked over at Sam and smirked....pulling Bucky in for another kiss, except it was wet and sloppy.

"Match made in heaven!" Rhodes smiled.

"Ain't that the truth," Sam mumbled.

"Oh! Sam....you love us," Maddy said.

"No! I hate you both," Sam smirked.

Bucky laughed.
