Chapter 41

The Quin-jet lands down on a massive Helicarrier.

Agent Coulson, Maddy and Steve walk down the ramp..... they all three were greeted by a red headed woman.

"Agent Romanoff. I'd like you to meet both Captain Rogers..... Steve and Maddy," Coulson smiled.

"Ma'am?" Steve asked.

"H-Hi," Maddy stuttered.

"Hello... they need you on the bridge. Face time," Agent Romanoff said.

"See you there," Coulson said.... quickly walking away.

They all three started walking towards a man.... looking at planes.

"There was quite the buzz around here, finding you both in the ice. I thought Coulson was gonna swoon. Did he ask you both to sign his Captain America and Miss America trading cards yet?" Romanoff asked.

"Trading cards?" Maddy snorted.

"They're vintage, he's proud," Romanoff smiled.

"I have a feeling, you and I are gonna be wonderful friends.... Agent Romanoff," Maddy smiled.

"You can call me, Natasha," Natasha said.

Maddy nodded.

Steve quickly walks up to a man who looked completely confused.... and was trying his best to move out of peoples way.

"Dr. Banner?" Steve asked.

"Oh, Yes! Hi. They told me you both were coming," Banner replied.... Maddy noticed how nervous he was.

"Word is you can find the cube?" Maddy asked.

Banner gazed in her direction.... he smiled.

"Is that the only word on me?" Banner questioned.

"Only word we care about," Steve said.

"Must be strange for the both of you, all of this," Banner replied.... mostly staring at Maddy.

"Well, this is actually kind of familiar.... to us," Maddy smiled.

"Gentlemen, Maddy... you may wanna step inside in a minute, it's gonna get a little hard to breath," Natasha smirked.

Suddenly the Helicarrier started to shake, violently.

"Is this a submarine?" Steve asked.... looking over at Natasha.

Natasha juts shrugged.

"Really? They want me in a submerged pressurized metal container?" Banner asked.

Maddy looked around.... and noticed everyone, tying down the planes.

"By the looks of everything..... it looks like this is a very, large plane," Maddy said.

Natasha nodded.

Maddy and Natasha both watched as Steve and Banner moved closer to the edge....

"Aren't you gonna go take a look?" Natasha asked... turning to look at Maddy.

"Um..... I think I'm gonna stay here, heights aren't really my thing...anymore," Maddy sighed.

"Ohhh right, sorry," Natasha replied.

"No. No. It's okay!" Maddy smiled.

Both men quickly walked back over to Maddy and Natasha.....

"Shall we go in?" Natasha asked everyone.

"Yes! Please!" Maddy said.

They all four quickly headed off inside.
