His Super Soldier // Bucky Barnes

Chapter 121

Maddy, Sam and Bucky sat in a small car....an old dark blue bug, while Steve stood at the front of the car talking to Sharon.

Maddy and Bucky sat in the back....Maddy laid her head on his shoulder and gently started to run her fingers on his metal arm, Bucky looked down at her and smiled.

"Yes," Maddy whispered.

"Yes to what?" Bucky asked.

"Yes to having a future with you!" Maddy mumbled.

Bucky smirked.

"MAN! It's getting very hot in here...Sam can you roll down the window, please?" Maddy asked.

Sam looked over his shoulder and nodded...quickly rolling down the window.

"Can you move your seat up?" Bucky asked.

"No," Sam said.

Maddy laughed...which caused Steve and Sharon to look over, Maddy looked over at Steve and quickly stopped laughing...a frown formed and she soon crossed her arms. Steve rolled his eyes and continued to talk to Sharon.

Maddy leaned over Bucky...trying to hear Steve and Sharon's conversation.

"I owe you again," Steve smiled.

"Keeping a list! You know, they both kind of tried to kill me," Sharon sighed.

"SO WHAT? WE'LL DO IT AGAIN!" Maddy frowned.

"Ignore her. I'll put it on the list, too! You know, they're going to come look for you," Steve said.

"I know," Sharon smiled.

All of a sudden...Sharon pulled Steve in for a kiss.

"OH HELL NO!!! HANDS OFF!" Maddy growled, sticking her head out of the window.

Maddy was now in the front seat, leaning over Sam.

"Ow....Maddy! Watch where your hands go," Sam groaned.

Bucky laughed.

"Thank you, Sharon," Steve laughed.

"HONEY! HE DIDN'T ENJOY IT!" Maddy yelled.

"D-Damn....I should go," Sharon sighed.

"Oh okay," Steve said.

Bucky pulled Maddy over the seat and back into her spot.

"Let the man be happy," Sam smirked.

"I am letting him be happy...just not with her," Maddy smiled.

"Are you jealous?" Sam asked, holding back a laugh.

"Jealous of what?  The fact that my brother just kissed his one true love's niece?" Maddy asked.

"W-Wait...that girl is the niece of Peggy?" Bucky asked.

"Yeah! Peggy was the greatest friend I could have had, and to find out this girl is related to her...I'm just grossed out," Maddy frowned.

"Awe you are protecting your brother! How sweet," Sam smiled.

Maddy frowned...but it soon turned into a small smile.

Steve drove into the parking garage at the Leipzig/Halle airport, and quickly pulled into a parking spot next to a large van. Everyone quickly piled out of the small car, and was greeted by Barton and Wanda.

"Maddy! Cap!" Barton smiled.

"You know I wouldn't have called if we had any other choice," Steve said.

"Hey man! you're doing me a favor. Besides, I owe a debt," Barton replied.

"Thanks for having our back," Steve smiled.

Maddy looked over at Wanda and smiled....

"It's good to see you, kiddo," Maddy said.

"It was time to get off my ass," Wanda laughed.

"How about our other recruit?" Steve asked.

"He's ready to go! Had to put a little coffee in him, but...he should be god to go," Barton smirked.

Barton walked over to the van and pulled open the door, revealing a man...who looked like he hadn't slept in days.

"W-What time zone is this?" The man asked.

"Come on. Come on," Barton mumbled.

The man looked from Maddy to Steve, a surprised looked formed on his face.

"Miss America! A-And Captain America!" The man smiled.

"Mr. Lang," Steve said.

"WOW! It's an honor! I'm shaking.....WOW! This is awesome! Miss America and Captain America," Lang replied.

Maddy looked at Steve and smiled.

"Miss America, you are more beautiful then I pictured," Lang said.  

Bucky cleared his throat which grabbed everyone's attention, Lang quickly changed the subject.

"Hey! I know you, too. You're great," Lang replied, looking over at Wanda.

Wanda smiled.

"JEEZ! Look, I wanna say, I know you both know a lot of super people, so....thanks for thinking about me," Lang smiled, looking from Steve to Maddy.

"Hey, Man!" Lang smiled, looking at Sam.

"What's up, Tic Tac?" Sam asked.

"Uh, good to see you. Look, what happened last time when I....," Lang said but was cut off by Sam.

"It was a great audition, but it'll NEVER happen again ," Sam smirked.

"Did they tell you what we're up against? Maddy asked.

"Something about some psycho-assassin, right?" Lang asked.

"Yes. We're outside the law on this one. So, if you come with us, you're a wanted man," Steve replied.

"Yeah, well...what else is new," Lang sighed.

"We should get moving," Bucky spoke up.

"We got a chopper lined up!" Barton smiled.

All of a sudden a man over the PA started to talk...causing everyone to look around.

"They're evacuating the airport," Bucky said.

"Stark," Sam frowned.

"S-Stark?" Lang asked.

"Alright! Everyone suit up!" Maddy ordered.
